None of the Iraqis detained in these prisons have access to a lawyer or public trail. Their cases come up before a closed military panel once every six months for review. But according to the Parsons website... they are doing more than just building gulags, they are also re-building the Taji Military Base northwest of Baghdad, building recruiting stations at Al Hillah, Baghdad, and Kirkuk. Parsons is also building a military logistics base in Kirkush. Parsons is building oil pipelines and refineries across occupied Iraq. The company is also \"managing\" tons of captured arms and ordnance; and building \"infrastructure\" and \"public\" buildings.
