The Chicago mob at that time was also in control of the New Orleans mob, with which Lee Harvey Oswaldl's family had ties, while Oswald himself almost certainly had ties with both the CIA  and the FBI. Henry Crown also had control of the Ambassador Hotel at the time RFK was killed. Technically, it was owned by David Schine of the McCarthy Hearings fame, but Crown controlled it as collateral for a loan. Crown also had a controlling interest in the General Dynamics Corporation, which was outraged by JFK's cancellation of an expensive new fighter plane to be built by the company. Two General Dynamics securtiy guards had been arrested at Marilyn Monroe's house, looking for dirt on the Kennedys. This is no joke.
