Response to Stewart Frameup: Expose 9/11 Inside Job

The frameup and unjustifiable conviction of outstanding workingclass attorney, Lynne Stewart, is not only an outrage that must be protested, and the conviction must be appealed, but it must be a wakeup call that EXPOSING THE 9/11 HOAX is just as important as all other activities of the peace and labor movements.

As one who was raised on the legal lessons of the Rosenberg-Sobell frame-up, and easily remember the legal discussions regarding the government murders of both Kennedys, Malcolm X and Martin Luther King, it is obvious to all thinking people that not only must we have mass peace marches and labor organizing, we must GIVE FULL VOICE to the 9/11 TRUTH MOVEMENT.

Sisters and Brothers: The 9/11/01 Mass Murder was a crime perpetrated by the US government, a Reichstag Fire, to promote war and fascism, the same reasons the Nazis burned down their own government building. You know that by now because you have read all the websites and books, including but not limited to Michael Ruppert's Crossing the Rubicon and David Ray Griffin's 9/11 Commisson Report: Omissions and Distortions.

You also have heard the many speeches by Ralph Schoenman both on his KPFA, 94.1 FM program on Wednesdays at 2 p.m. (streamed at http://www.kpfa.org) and at the peace demonstrations, exposing the 9/11 Hoax.

You know by now that there were no hijackers on those planes; 9 of the so-called hijackers are alive; those planes were on automatic pilot guided by the US military with VP Cheney in charge of the whole operation from his White House bunker; the Twin Towers and Building 7 were brought down by construction explosives; the Pentagon was damaged by construction explosives and the US military shot down the plane over Pennsylvania.

This has all been well-documented in books and on websites. These are not assumptions; they are verified facts.

As you watched the 9/11/01 plane crashes, you must have realized that someone told our excellent air defense system that could have stopped the first plane crash, as well as all the rest, to stand down, and that can only be the president-commander in chief, the vice-president or the secretary of defense.

PLEASE GIVE FULL VOICE TO THE 9/11 TRUTH MOVEMENT NOW. This is something people likely to sit on juries do understand. Present the evidence gathered thus far by the 9/11 Truth Movement in your newspapers, at peace rallies, and all day long at KPFK.

Our peace movement to stop the war against Vietnam gladly gave full voice to exposing the government lies about all of the assassinations of the 1960s, and it STRENGHTENED our movement to do so. Our peace movement not only helped end the war against Vietnam, it made possible a women's and gay liberation movement that has broadened beyond anyone's wildest dreams, helped strengthen the black liberation movement and all civil rights laws related to it, stopped prison construction and the death penalty in the 1970s, and was the basis for today's environmental movement that is now a major part of our daily lives and our laws.

Mass struggle and the legal issues go hand in hand, and it is time, long overdue in fact, that the legal case of the 9/11 TRUTH MOVEMENT be given FULL VOICE NOW!

This case is not just about Lynne Stewart, nor just about civil rights attorneys, it is about the lives of all of us who have a decent thought in our heads, those of us who are for labor, peace, civil rights, abortion, science, gay rights, women's rights, affirmative action, a clean environment, national health care, and all the other many issues that are of concern to the needs and interests of the workingclass. WE ARE FACING FASCISM. WE MUST EXPOSE THIS NAZI GOVERNMENT as to the 9/11 Hoax to save all our lives!

Fascism is the naked force of capitalism, without the democratic facade. It is implemented by the capitalist class when they have no more crumbs to toss the workingclass, in other words, in an economic crisis, such as we now have, with a sinking dollar and the rich getting much richer, while most of us get poorer.

The Stewart Case, like the Rosenberg-Sobell Case, represents the failure of the American Left to understand the underlying issue. With the Rosenbergs, the issue was the importance of the nuclear war crisis. This was pointed out by lawyer Arthur Kinoy in his autobiography, RIghts on Trial (1994). It was only after they were convicted, having obtained a lawyer on their own who was not qualified to defend such a case, that a mass movement was built to save their lives. By then, it was too late. The Rosenbergs, by defending their innocence to the end, literally broke the back of the Cold War. That could have been done without their loss of their lives if people had stood up to the witchhunters, as they did in the 1960s, and especially in 1960, when HUAC was chased out of San Francisco by a mass picketline and protest.

The Stewart Case's underlying issue is the 9/11 Hoax. The refusal of the American Left, unlike the socialists and the rest of the peace movement all around the world, to understand and publicize the massive amounts of information proving that the 9/11/01 Reichstag Fire was perpetrated by the US government, and using that information at this trial, resulted in this outrageous conviction of Stewart, threatening her with what amounts to a life, and life-threatening prison term.

Just as the anti-communist witchhunts of the 1940s and 1950s were an attempt to establish fascism in the US, so too is the current anti-communist witchhunt, this time called anti-terrorism, is an attempt to establish fascism in the US.

To all who were in tears when we got the news of the horrifying and unjustifiable conviction of Lynn Stewart and her co-defendants, as I was when I heard it on the bus to Pacifica radio, remember,
