I am posting this here because Jason Halprin, a fascist pig who poses as a \"progressive\" activist, has blocked my IP, preventing me from posting on his fake Indymedia site in Las Vegas, Nevada. He calls it \"Las Vegas Indymedia,\" even though it is not part of the Indymedia network-- and as long as it remains within Jason's evil clutches, it never should be allowed to be. Jason routinely violates every principle which Indymedia stands for, and is an enemy of free speech and democracy. He arbitrarily banned me from a Tech Collective meeting on January 2, 2005, and has not held any Tech Collective meetings since then. He has hidden many of my posts, and now has even blocked my IP to prevent me from posting, thus making a mockery of the concept of an open newswire. His most outrageous action, however, was getting the manager of the Pride Factory, where a general meeting was being held, to call the police on me to kick me out and suppress my free speech rights. He did that despite claiming to follow a consensus procedure, and despite the fact that I voted to block the proposal to ban me. He is a vicious fascist pig, a ruthless petty tyrant, and a despicable hypocrite. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like to me that if the goal is armed incerection, then an obscure weekly alternative newspaper column (saablofton.com) ain't gonna do the trick.
