Conditions at  the hospital are so stressful at the hospital I work at, I went home crying, wondering why I thought being a nurse would be awesome.  Dreading the next 3 days I have to work. I thought I was a patient advocate, but corners are cut everywhere and burnout is high!  Thanks Arnold.  Oh and nice pad.
