Long before the sampler and computers made it easy, The ECC was infringing copyright laws the hard way. The ECC performs with custom-made equipment and videos to give the audience a truly original show. As for the music, in the world of The ECC Public Enemy duke it out with Herb Alpert while Dan Rather is the new frontman for AC\/DC. It's fun without being comedy, sample-based without being techno, and brainy without being arty. Their longstanding cult following of both live and recorded material runs deep in countless areas from indie to activism.\r\n\r\nCHROMELODEON\r\n\r\nPhiladelphia's own 8 member video-game inspired group. Described widely as \"a cross between Godspeed You Black Emperor and Mr. Bungle in a video game writing contest\" (Clamor Magazine #26), this group of shadowy figures have earned amazingly diverse reception on an exponential level. Within the last two years, they have toured the nation with their intense epics, and played sold out shows at the Knitting Factory NYC as well as with WESLEY WILLIS, THE BOUNCING SOULS, and SKELETON KEY.
