<\/td>\r\n The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has\r\n employed contractors to wage cyber warfare against American\r\n Websites.  The first targets were Muslim and Arab forums.  The\r\n next targets were Anarchist websites.  Currently, the DIA's war\r\n against free speech is targeting Independent Media news outlets.\r\n

This war against the online press is\r\n unconstitutional.  It is a violation of the oaths of all members of\r\n the military service.  We call on Congress to investigate the use of\r\n defense contractors in waging cyber warfare against American\r\n websites.  In particular, we call for an investigation of Cycorp, a\r\n defense contractor in Austin, Texas that has been linked to the online war\r\n against free speech.<\/p>\r\n <\/td>\r\n
