Bushington, D.C. (Dominion of Cheney)-- The

Emperor's royal tailor has been busy sewing a

royal blue cloak, which will complement the

Emperor's gold crown.

The cloak and crown will adorn George II as he

accepts the royal scepter at his upcoming

coronation in January.

Now that George II no longer has to carry out

the illusion of being a fighter pilot, he has

donated his flight suit to the Ye Olde Thrift

Shoppe.

Now that the Emperor has his new threads, he will

declare himself as the full-fledged Emperor of

the World.

According to royal laws and edicts, George II

qualifies as the supreme ruler of the Amerikan

Empire, and as the sole Emperor of the World.

This royal decree is also supported by the

definition found in the Royal Universal Unabashed

Dictionary.



As the Emperor began to fall out of favour with

the common masses shortly before September 11,

a royal edict was issued that said the Emperor

had the authority to attack the barbarians who

were threatening the Empire, within and without,

and also to attack those who helped them in any

way.

According to the Royal Constitution of the Empire,

the Emperor and court have the right to use

military force against those who are not a part

of the Empire proper.

The Emperor's Royal Security Council said that the

invasions and occupations of barbarian lands were

undertaken in self-defense, and that this self-

defense will be deliberate, instant and over-

whelming.

The Royal Constitution has also allowed earlier

Emperors to act in self-defense, such as

George I invading the barbarian lands of Panama

and Grenada.

Emperor Clinton bombed Yugoslavia in 1999, one year

after he had attacked the barbarians in Afghanistan

and Sudan.

George II attacked Afghanistan and then Iraq.

All of these invasions and occupations were

exercises of self-defense, as approved by the

Royal Security Council.



Emperor George II has decreed a new royal edict

that allows the Empire to stage pre-emptive

strikes at will, against those who are not with

us.

The Emperor has the Empirical authority to attack

any person, group, or tribe of barbarians who

threaten the Empire, as well as those who help

or support these barbarians in any way.

The Emperor also has the authority to use the

Imperial Army to attack the barbarians and their

supporters, even though the barbarian hordes have

not threatened or attacked the Empire in any way.

Emperor George II decreed in a royal proclamation,

in June of 2002, at the Empire's Gladiator School,

that if the Empire waits for these threats to

happen, it will have been far too long.

The royal proclamation also says that the security

of the Empire will require all loyal subjects to

join the Grand Imperial Army, and to fight the

barbarians, wherever we may find them.

The Royal proclamation of June 2002, was read again

by royal town criers throughout the Empire three

months later, which repeated the edict that the

Empire will act against the threats of the barbarian

hordes.

In the throne speech of March 17, 2003, the Emperor

decreed that the Grand Imperial Army will commence

the operation of Iraqi Freedom, that the Empire will

engage the threats of the barbarian hordes, wherever

the Empire finds them, and before the heathen hordes

can enter the gates of the city.

Emperor George II will continue to consolidate his authority throughout the realms of the Amerikan Empire with the Royal edicts of the Patriot Acts,

and the Royal Office of the Homeland Security.

The royal subjects of the Empire will be required

to join the Grand Imperial Army, to annex the

barbarians lands to the Amerikan Empire.
