In protest of the re-election (?) of Bush and in protest of the continuing death and destruction in Iraq. It's real simple: don't go to work, don't go to school. Join the protest at the Westwood Federal Building. <br>  <br> Striking for peace and justice is a simple way to get a message across and show solidarity with the victims of the war in Iraq. General strikes have been used for a long time as effective messages of resistance. We need to send a strong message now more than ever. <br><br> We need volunteers to help wheat paste posters and spread the word. When you have to call out for something, say that there was nobody there.  Then get it done an hour later.  Slow everything down.
