The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights has released a 180-page draft report: Redefining Rights in America: The Civil Rights Record of the George W. Bush Administration, 2001-2004
According to the Fort Wayne Journal Gazette the commission will not discuss the report until after the November election. "Republican members of the commission so objected to the report’s timing that the commission voted 6-1 to withhold comment until Nov.?12."
“I think it’s an unfair report, and I think it’s a politically biased report, and I think its release at this time is politically motivated,” Commissioner Jennifer C. Braceras told The Associated Press.
The report can be found on the USCCR website
