Ely Shipley, \r\n<br>Krista Benson, \r\n<br>Cinnastasia, \r\n<br>Daunn Turner, \r\n<br>Sage Chung, \r\n<br>Matt Nishii, \r\n<br>Talia Bettcher, \r\n<br>Shirley Bushnell, \r\n<br>Stephanie Hsieh, \r\n<br>Rachel Dunn, \r\n<br>Tristan Edgarian, and \r\n<br>Egypt Urnash.\r\n<\/p><p>\r\n<b><i>Trans\/Giving<\/i><\/b> is the only event of its kind in Southern California,and one of the few events in the country where trans\/genderqueer\/intersexed \r\nartists can perform, network, and create opportunities to develop. What makes <b><i>Trans\/Giving<\/i><\/b> \r\ndifferent is its focus on trans\/genderqueer\/intersexed people not as activists-but as artists. With all of our \r\nstruggling, with all of our protests and tears, \r\nit is even more important that art and artists in \r\nour community be heard. When we show our poetry, our wit, our music, our images...we become \r\nluminous... and maybe people will think twice before wanting to stamp us out.\r\n<\/p><p>\r\nThis event is all ages, alcohol and drug free, \r\nbut pizza, soda, and cookies inclusive.
