Pi to pick up the items that were seized from my home. Special Agent Pi is the agent in charge of the case. Special Agent Pi questioned Sherman without legal representation for over four hours on the day of the raid. Special Agent Pi authored and distributed affidavits stating that Sherman authored and posted the RECLAIM Guide on the front page of his web site www.raisethefist.com\/index.html. Special Agent Pi accused Sherman of being a &ldquo;man on a mission&rdquo; who was on his way to Utah to &ldquo;blow up the Utah Olympics&rdquo;. Allegations that were NOT challenged in Judge Wilson&rsquo;s court room. Special Agent Pi and the FBI were allowed to manufacture evidence and present it to the court. They have NOT been held accountable for their actions. <br><br> We met in a conference room at the Federal Public Defenders Office in Los Angeles. Special Agent John I. Pi, Agent Pi's assistant, A Federal Public Defender, my attorney (LG), and my son (Sherman's brother).  <br><br> While Pi's assistant was busy bringing the items into the conference room, my attorney questioned Pi about the return of the data. Pi stated that the data would be destroyed. I wasn't sure if he was referring to the data on the hard drives or the mirror images of the drive, so I asked him if he was referring to the computer hard drives. Pi said, &ldquo;Yes. The data on the hard drives will be destroyed. &ldquo; <br><br> I left the room with my attorney to discuss the situation. When we came back my attorney told Special Agent Pi that he could not destroy the data on the hard drives and we were prepared to file a motion for the return of the data.  <br><br> When my attorney questioned Pi as to why he needed to destroy the data, Pi changed his story. Pi stated that the data was on its way to the L.A. District Attorney for review. Pi was unclear about particulars. This is typical FBI nonsense. It&rsquo;s a never ending roller coaster ride. <br><br> The government goes after the weak first. They have the power to inflitrate your private lives and come into your house. The Patriot Act states a set of rules to allow the government to do whatever thay want. Its sets a tone, a paradigm, that we're able to get you. <br><br> There were more than 10 computers taken from Sherman's room on Jan. 24, 2002. Two of the computers were old 286's and did not belong to Sherman. All of the computers were transferred to the FBI cyber crime unit where they were analyzed and held for over two years. Two years is more than enough time for the D.A. to review the data on the hard drives.  <br><br> State charges were never mentioned by the prosecutor or Sherman's FPD during the plea process. Possible state charges were introduced ONLY after I requested the return of the data. We are waiting to hear back from the District Attorney about the return of the data. It&rsquo;s my opinion that the government will NEVER return the data. And I foolishly thought that this was over.  <br><br> We need to raise cash ASAP.
