Colorado's Rape Sheild law is revolutionary. For one of the first times in history, women are defended from being blamed as a slut for being raped.

That said, in comes Kobe Bryant the male whore and a snitty blonde psychopath who accused him.

The psychopath issue is hard to debate. Anyone with a serious mental health history that includes suicide attempts(often an attention plea) should be questionable when they accuse someone of rape. It's called credibility, and she doesn't have much with the public already.

The fact is, this woman is the number one reason for bending the rape sheild law.

It's not the idea that she was a slut, nor is it the idea that she asked for it. Rather, it is the idea that any crazy person can lure you to bed (if you're a famous male whore) and then accuse you of something that she can sue your bank for.

Sure Koby's a jackass. And he quite possibly could have done it. But after hearing the accusers history and general Modus Operandi, who can help but think he might be innocent as well.

No One, and I mean no one goes out and has sex 15 hours after they have been truly raped.

Rape victims are traumatised, and often can't ever have normal sex again.

This woman, if her accusation is as false as it sounds so far, has destroyed all of the protections women have fought for in the last century.

It's a crying shame. The idea that false accusations can be made to stick scares the hell out of men.

I can also almost guarantee that if this guy was white he wouldn't be on trial.

Regardless of who is guilty, of rape or false accusations, this is a blow to women everywhere and an even harsher throw back to Jim Crow because of their respective races.

It's the same old story, the crazy strong black man attacking the poor white girl.

And yet, others who have had affairs with Wilt Chamberlain the second have said he was a perfect gentleman.

The case has serious political ramifications we all should pay close attention to. I for one cannot understand why a man who has plenty of ass around him 24\/7 would ever need to take advantage of a slutty hotel worker with serious mental deficits, but then again, stupid is as stupid does.
