Mr. Crooks has a beef with police because he is ignorant and immature and stuck in some sort of pre-teen anti-authority phase. Funny how he condemns Ofc. Morse when he is a convicted DUI offender himself. I encourage you to take a look at his site and see how full of himself he is.

I watched him smirk and roll his eyes this afternoon on Montel Williams. I would love to put this jackass in a police uniform for about 6 months so he could see what it's really like working and dealing with the ridiculously ignorant crap we deal with every day.

An innocent teen who goes to church and is respectful to all? Donovan was scared to death because he knew he did nothing wrong. But, when your black, pigs hate you regardless. Those keywords gave me the knowledge that pigs were hurting yet another human being. She was also not asked to testify during the trial of jeremy morse? Why? Because the District Attorney is in bed with the Police. They are working together on many issues. Thats why we need a separate police prosecutor to get these pigs when they are out of line. I was told by the woman, you can hear on the tape, "they are not going to come after you". I was right. More on that later. I was shocked by the coward doing this in broad daylight! There were about 20 witnesses on scene and not one of them was asked to testify at jeremy Morse's first mistrial. The DA is in bed with pigs remember?\r\nSo after I videotaped the incident I gave the tape to friends cause I knew the cops would confiscate the tape and that would be the end of that. I also separated the camera from myself and changed my clothes. I knew these foreign backpackers only a little but they knew what they had seen on the videotape was wrong. The pigs came into the hotel and asked allot of people "who was the one who videotaped the incident?" Nobody snitched. Even though 90% of them knew I was the one. I grabbed a heineken and went down by the pool where people are still enjoying their fourth of july weekend. I sure as fuck did! After 912, police were regarded as heroes and shit cause a couple of them died at the trade center. Later that next day, I had an appointment to see a potential loft in downtown LA. I went to that and on the way back, I went to UPN and thought they would like a copy for the news. I was happy if they showed it. When they offered 150 dollars I was excited. The News director told me to keep the rights and sell it to as many news outlets as possible. Thats when the inglewood PD was informed. I sold this tape for 150 dollars to several local news outlets. Which is a rip-off considering that the guy who videotaped the rodney king video made 50,000 dollars initially. So to those who say I did it for money, "FUCK YOU" I did it cause it should be done. The world wind of media kept calling from all over the world and wanted the permission to show this video.\r\n\r\nIF YOU WANNA BLAME SOMEBODY, BLAME THE "RIGHT WING" MEDIA. NOT ME. lol.\r\n\r\nSo as soon as the police did a search on me and my name they found a misdemeanor warrant for petty theft and Dui. What you do not know, is that the patriot act has been used so many times against people it was not designed to do. For instance, I was arrested in front of CNN for misdemeanor crimes out of placer county. I was staying in a hotel (leparc in west hollywood) when a DA (steve cooley) from LA tried to illegally supeona me on a radio show. He wanted the video. When I refused to give up my location to him he enacted the patriot act. Actually to be even more honest, FBI or "whoever" were parked outside my hotel room w\/ headphones on, listening to me and a friend inside the hotel the night before. When I refused to accept this Illegal supeona to testify before the grand jury, I left the hotel for fear of what I saw the night before. I was appearing on BET w\/ Ed Gordon That night (w\/congresswoman maxine waters). Twice that night and in the morning, my friend was approached in the hotel, by plain clothes and actual officers demanding him to tell me where I was. How did they know where I was? They had to have illegally tapped the land line inside my hotel during the radio interview. I was not registered at the hotel? I then went to a different friends house in long beach when I noticed cops casing his apartment even before we got there! Tell me how they could know this? Later that night after going to a bar, two undercover cops sat next to me and my friend till we left. They left. I stayed at his house all night long and heard people outside his door all night. Then, the next morning I call my original friend on a cell phone and he is scared to death. I call from CNN inside the building on a land line. He had a cell phone. I told him to bring the tape to CNN and the camera because I was to go onto another BET show taping out of the CNN building.\r\nAs soon as he showed up, I mean within seconds, I was standing outside smoking. He dropped off the tape and 7 or so plain clothes officers assaulted me and threw me in a unmarked suv w\/ tinted windows. CNN later came out and Showed the world my arrest for misdemeanor crimes that WERE NOT IMPORTANT UNTILL Capturing police doing wrong. At least 5 DOCUMENTED times, I was let go cause the warrant was not that big a deal. Now the whole world knows.\r\nSo many of these "PIG LOVERS & RACIST TERRORISTS" have pointed out that I stole VCRS from my mom and had a DUI. Why is that important? Because the LADA used this to arrest me. I refused to testify to the grand jury w\/o a lawyer. These warrants were not a big deal until I came forward with the tape. That is FACT. I was stopped in sacramento (one county over from Placer county) Albakurkee NM and in New york and by LAPD in fall 2001 (after 912) for jaywalking by ofc. v.perez. I was let go after being booked at the culver city police department. I have proof. He should be in jail according to DA steve cooleys explanation to the LA city council that it is illegal to let someone go with knowledge of a warrant. I was refused entry to canada because of the warrant and was let go? If this warrant for misdemeanor crimes was so awful then, why didn't they arrest me then? Cause I did not film police brutality till I returned to my home LA. The charges were so PETTY that my mother was upset about the focus being turned onto me and not the pig jeremy morse. I had pawned a VCR that was in my room at my moms house in 1999. The cops had found the pawn slips in my car and trumped the charges in order to secure giving me more time in placer county jail. See I was the victim of a police attack in placer county CA as a youth (16 too?) and they hated me for it. Since I was not at fault (and the officer) they had a deep-seeded hatred towards me. That officer was charged 3 different times for abusing kids.\r\nEven tho the LA county jail had a program were they were kicking out inmates w\/ misdemeanor crimes, a private jet flew me to placer county jail the day after the LADA and sheriff assaulted me for videotaping their own "terrorists". I was beaten severely by LADA's (My bruises were seen on good morning america) and handcuffed for 24 hours str8. That is illegal. That is fact. I was refused a visit from my lawyers and kept in a cell handcuffed to the outside of the cell all night. I was hospitalized for my injuries by the LADA\r\nAfter a private jet flew me into placer before dissent could start in LA, Judge Joseph Roeder (placer county) Wanted to give me 2 years in prison, 5 years formal probation (without leaving placer county again), fines, classes and suspension of my license indefinitely for me violating my probation!? Or, for a 0.08% first dui, petty theft and paint transfer hit and run. Actually for the negative media attention brought to placer county I suppose. He is a real prick but my attorneys had him thrown off the case because roeder had his mind made up. Placer trumps the charges on people in order to plea bargain cases. Thats why the DA has a 90% conviction rate even tho less than ten% of the cases are tried by a jury. After judge couzins (who is also a prick) was intimidated by my attorneys with actually having to retry the case, Couzens settled for the original 6 month sentence and No probation, classes or, fines. If I had a competent public pretender at the time I would have beat all the charges. I was duly convicted and plead guilty at the first court hearing. (never do that) My lawyers wanted to appeal the original plea to try it again cause the charges were so weak but that would take 6 months or more. I was sentenced to six months in jail for a 0.08% dui and a petty theft w\/ prior.Since M.a.d.d. was founded in placer county, DMV still hassled me about my license. Couzens was approached by an attorney on behalf of congresswoman maxine waters to allow house arrest but couzens "literally" threw me out of court by his henchmen. I was assaulted by placer county sheriffs simply because I had asked the court to modify my sentence to allow the last month of my 6 month term to be on house arrest. (Uh, that barreta guy from T.V. killed his wife) The jail commander was on my lawyers side. The jail had no room for me. I had to be put in protective custody with all the child molesters and snitches and bitches. They had to clear the hallways & dorms anytime I was out of my cell. I was denied mail from the outside world. Denied phone calls. Denied outside rec yard, library, meals, showers, tv, games, magazines or books. That shit is illegal. They did not care. They would hold their church services outside my cell and throw bibles under my door. I had to listen to that 2000 year old lie constantly! They knew about when I was 16 a jesus freak cop beat me up while in juvenile hall because I refused to participate in church services. They basically tortured me mentally and physically for 6 months str8. My visitors were harassed as well. I had to really be on my best behavior just to survive. One time this cop came into my cell and tried to antagonize me into a fight. They would search my room and legal documents all the time. I was refused entry to canada because of the warrant and was let go? If this warrant for misdemeanor crimes was so awful then, why didn't they arrest me then? I was sentenced to six months in jail for a 0.08% dui and a petty theft w\/ prior. \r\n\r\nEven tho the LA county jail had a program were they were kicking out inmates w\/ misdemeanor crimes, a private jet flew me to placer county jail the day after the LADA and sheriff assaulted me for videotaping their own "terrorists". I was beaten severely by LADA's and handcuffed for 24 hours str8. That is illegal. That is fact. I was refused a visit from my lawyers and kept in a cell handcuffed to the outside of the cell all night. I was hospitalized for my injuries by the LADA.\r\n\r\nI had to serve my six month sentence anyways. I was let go on Jan. 4 2003. I have no charges and no probation\/fines\/classes so that is good. It worked I am no criminal. I had been turning my life around since 1999. I appeared on the TV show 7th heaven 3 times and turned it around. Even though, the judge couzins wanted to give me 2 years for bringing attention to the most racist jail in amerikka. These same white power inmates I got along with, were happy to see the pigs in trouble and caught themselves.\r\n\r\nSo jeremy morse was put on trial at the end of july 2003 (a year after) and was found basically guilty 7 to 5. The jury was not even given a good case but LADA's max huntsman and mikey petterson blew the case on purpose to satisfy the public. The trial was held in a courthouse nowhere near the crime scene in inglewood. The DA called all the defenses witnesses (the cops) and not a single other witness involved. they used the tape but did not supply the jury with ALL THE FACTS. The other officer Bijan darvish who beat donovan jackson was let off because the current footage does not show him beating him. He was charged with filing a false police report. His footage was aired on all the major L.A. news broadcasts, and it was picked up nationally and even internationally.\r\n\r\nPeople across the country and around the world were outraged when they saw the footage and responded immediately with demonstration after angry demonstration. Haunted by the memory of the Rodney King incident and the 1992 Los Angeles Rebellion, officials rushed to put out a fire before it could start by indicting two of the cops who'd been caught on tape. One of these cops, Jeremy Morse, had been on the force only three years but already had six previous brutality complaints against him.\r\n\r\nLocal law enforcement now knew who had shot the video, and they wanted to get their hands on him. Mitchell called the District Attorney to try and work something out. The DA ordered him to appear before a county grand jury, which Mitchell agreed to do. But when they demanded that Crooks turn over his original tape, he began to get nervous.\r\n\r\nThe next day, Crooks was being interviewed live on the radio when the Chief Deputy District Attorney broke into the broadcast. On the air, his tone was threatening: "Mitchell, there's a grand jury subpoena for you, and I suggest you honor it! Show up at the Criminal Courts Building."\r\n\r\nCrooks told his interviewer, "They're coming after me because I shot the video. I fear for my life."\r\n\r\nIn a recent interview on radio station KPFK, Crooks explained: "It's scary to challenge the system, and I knew that's what I was doing."\r\n\r\nWhen Crooks arrived at CNN the next day for an interview, undercover cops jumped out of unmarked cars and arrested him when he tried to enter the station. As they spirited him away in an unmarked SUV, Crooks' screams could be heard clearly.\r\n\r\nLater that night he was treated for unspecified injuries at a hospital, and the next day he was extradited to northern California to face warrants for an old traffic violation and a bogus charge of petty theft. The defense was so blatantly kicking all Blacks off the jury that the judge had to outright override them and reinstate one African-American juror who'd been excused because, they said, "he looked too much like Donovan Jackson."\r\n\r\nDuring the trial, the prosecution showed they were not at all eager to really prosecute these cops. They didn't call Crooks or any of the 20 other eyewitnesses to the beating. And their "use-of-force expert" was an L.A. County Sheriff's Department commander who expressed empathy for the cop Morse and testified that he thought the cops should never have been charged in the first place. In other words, prosecutors used an expert who directly undermined their case.\r\n\r\nSo it was no surprise when one cop was acquitted and the jury hung on Morse. Within days, D.A. CNN taped his capture and broadcast that along with the police beating footage.\r\n\r\nCrooks ended up in a Placer County court (a 92-percent White community near Sacramento), where he was sentenced to six months in prison on an outstanding warrant for DUI.\r\n\r\n\u201cThe whole thing was completely racial, the fact that me, a White guy, had shot the video,\u201d he says. \u201cIt\u2019s a real red-neck town.\r\n\r\n\u201cThere were no Black inmates in jail. \u2018Race traitor\u2019 was thrown in my face every day, mostly due to the fact that officers would pay off folks to try and intimidate me.\u201d\r\n\r\nHe did his time without being assaulted, he says, but two years later, he\u2019s still looking around corners.\r\n\r\n\u201cToday I\u2019m in hiding. I\u2019m scared to go out,\u201d Crooks told BET.com in a recent telephone interview. \u201cI used to do pretty well as a DJ. Now I\u2019m not working. I survive by doing odd jobs. I\u2019m getting by, by the skin of my teeth.\u201d\r\n\r\nThe Ordeal\r\n\r\nCrooks had just returned from vacation and was resting in his second-floor Inglewood hotel room when he was awakened by a \u201cblood-curdling scream.\u201d\r\n\r\n\u201cThere was this lady screaming at the top of her lungs,\u201d Crooks recalls. \u201cAt first I ignored it. Then I heard her yell, \u2018Don\u2019t resist; don\u2019t resist!\u2019 Those were the key words that let me know it was police. That\u2019s when I grabbed my camera, ran to the window and started filming.\r\n\r\n\u201cI was beat up by police when I was 16, which is part of the reason I carry my camera with me,\u201d says Crooks, 29.\r\n\r\nWhat Crooks saw was Inglewood Police Officer, Jeremy Morse, holding 16-year-old, Donavan Jackson, with his hands cuffed behind his back. Jackson was bent over the hood of Morse\u2019s police cruiser. Morse lifted Jackson and slammed him into the car, making a loud thud, Crooks says.\r\n\r\n\u201cI could tell that they had already beaten him before I started filming, just by the way that woman was screaming and the way that Donovan looked,\u201d Crooks says.\r\n\r\nThe next thing that Crooks saw were two officers looking up at him from the street below.\r\n\r\n\u201cOn the video, you can see them looking up at me. That was my key to pack up,\u201d Crooks says. \u201cI ran into the hall and gave my camera to these foreign back-packers I had met from England and Germany. I said, \u2018Quick, take this, before the police get up here.\u2019\u201d Seconds later, Crooks says, officers pushed their way into his room. \u201cWhen the cops came into the hotel, they searched my room up and down,\u201d he says. \u201cThe back-packers told me that I was sitting on the biggest story since 9\/11. I told them that it really wasn\u2019t that big a deal, that I see this all the time in LA, and that police always do this to protestors.\u201d\r\n\r\nBig story or not, Crooks says he knew he had to get the tape into the hands of news media. He went live on BET.\r\n\r\nThe following day he headed to CNN. That was a mistake he says. \u201cCNN told me they needed the original video, so I called my friend and told him to deliver it,\u201d Crooks recalls. \u201cBut my phone was bugged. Once I had the tape, that\u2019s when the FBI pulled up and grabbed me. They used the Patriot Act on me. They wanted to get me and the tape at the same time. Officer Morse, who beat Jackson, and his partner, Bijan Darvish, who perjured himself on the stand defending Morse\u2019s story, have not been convicted of any crime. He ran outside and started filming.\r\n\r\nThe images in the car park of a petrol station he captured of Donovan Jackson, 16 at the time, led to a charge of assault against Jeremy Morse, who is to appear in court today. A jury was unable to reach a decision at the officer's first trial in July.\r\n\r\n"I don't regret doing what I did," Mr Crooks told the Guardian. "You have to do the right thing regardless of what the consequences."\r\n\r\nMr Crooks, who is from Sacramento and had lived in Los Angeles for four years, saw footage from his two-minute video broadcast on every US news network.\r\n\r\nThe alleged assault has been likened to the beating of Rodney King by four LA police officers, which was captured on video and led to the prosecution of the officers. Their acquittal in 1992 led to the LA riots in which 55 people died.\r\n\r\nInglewood police were aware someone had shot a video and searched the hotel for it. Mr Crooks said Australian and New Zealander backpackers staying there knew he had the footage but did not reveal his identity, so he was able to get it out to the media. Haunted by the memory of the Rodney King incident and the 1992 Los Angeles Rebellion, officials rushed to put out a fire before it could start by indicting two of the cops who'd been caught on tape. One of these cops, Jeremy Morse, had been on the force only three years but already had six previous brutality complaints against him.\r\n\r\nLocal law enforcement now knew who had shot the video, and they wanted to get their hands on him. Mitchell called the District Attorney to try and work something out. The DA ordered him to appear before a county grand jury, which Mitchell agreed to do. He was in custody for six months, locked down 23 hours a day, and allowed no mail and no contact with the outside.\r\n\r\nIn contrast, the cops who beat Donovan Jackson have not spent one day in jail!\r\n\r\n*****\r\n\r\nThe authorities used the trial not to punish these two brutal cops but, in Mitchell's words, "to deflate the balloon of people's anger."\r\n\r\nFirst, they moved the trial out of the predominantly African-American community of Inglewood into the nearby South Bay, a suburban L.A. area with a reputation for being unfriendly to anybody who isn't white. The defense was so blatantly kicking all Blacks off the jury that the judge had to outright override them and reinstate one African-American juror who'd been excused because, they said, "he looked too much like Donovan Jackson."\r\n\r\nDuring the trial, the prosecution showed they were not at all eager to really prosecute these cops. They didn't call Crooks or any of the 20 other eyewitnesses to the beating. And their "use-of-force expert" was an L.A. County Sheriff's Department commander who expressed empathy for the cop Morse and testified that he thought the cops should never have been charged in the first place. In other words, prosecutors used an expert who directly undermined their case.\r\n\r\nSo it was no surprise when one cop was acquitted and the jury hung on Morse. Within days, D.A. Steve Cooley announced that Morse would be retried.\r\n\r\n(Morse, who was fired from the Inglewood police department after his indictment, has filed a "reverse discrimination" suit against the city, alleging that he was fired because he is white!)\r\n\r\n*****\r\n\r\nLast week, a new jury was picked for the retrial of the cop Jeremy Morse, and Crooks' video is expected to play prominently in this second trial.\r\n\r\nMitchell says that over the past month there's been a noticeable rise in the number and explicitness of the death threats against him. "I've been getting lots of emails. Some are carefully worded, and some are very crude, overt ones. I get hassled on the street by cops. That cop kept jabbing the guy with his baton just like he was stabbing someone over and over, then dancing in their blood. And they just keep getting away with it. It's like the October 22 Coalition says, `Police brutality didn't die on 9\/11.' Would they have beaten Donovan Jackson in broad daylight like they did if they didn't think they could get away with it? They think they have free rein to do whatever they want now. Do we want to live in a police state? No! People have got to rise to the occasion."\r\n\r\nWhen RW reporter Michael Slate interviewed Mitchell Crooks on KPFK radio show "Beneath the Surface," Mitchell talked about why he had stepped out to expose this brutality against a Black youth: "I'm tired of living divided by color, divided by race, divided by class. That's what they do to maintain control over people. I'm tired of living in a world like that. It's so last century, so last millennium. Me standing up is just one person, but there's lots of white people who feel the same way. People need to stand up to racial oppression."\r\n\r\nMitchell Crooks talked about drawing inspiration from rebel youth of Los Angeles: "It was when the Lakers won their first championship. It was an awakening. Outside that stadium, I saw history about to happen. When they danced around the fires, I knew that the youth were going to use their strength and their knowledge to stand up to this system. Its broadcast on July 7 has sparked\r\nstreet protests, mass meetings, and Sunday morning sermons at area\r\nchurches, fueling widespread outrage and the appearance of rapid,\r\nofficial concern. An overwhelmingly working-class city, Inglewood is\r\n46.4 percent Black, 46 percent Latino, and 3.5 Asian. The city police\r\nforce is 43 percent white.\r\n\r\n"It is our position that they are just attempting to pacify us," with\r\nthe limited indictments, Thandi Chimurgenga told the July 17 protest.\r\nChimurenga, a cousin of Jackson, is a leader of the Donovan\r\nJackson-Chavis Justice Committee. "But we aren't babies. We won't be\r\npacified so easily."\r\n\r\nSix police, including Los Angeles county deputy sheriffs, were\r\ninvolved in the incident, which unfolded as cops stopped Coby Chavis,\r\nthe teenager's father, for allegedly driving with expired license\r\nplates. Chavis and his son pulled into a gas station, where police\r\nbegan rousting the driver, whose son was returning with a bag of\r\npotato chips from the service center.\r\n\r\nThe police accosted Jackson, whose family says he is "developmentally\r\ndisabled" and has "difficulty" responding to "commands."\r\n\r\n"He could sit and have a conversation without you, but as far as\r\nlearning he didn't catch on as quick as everyone else," said a former\r\ntutor, 17 year-old John Minor. "You'd talk to him and you tried to\r\nexplain something and it would take a while for him to understand.\r\nWhen I heard about what happened [with the police], that's the first\r\nthing that came to mind."\r\n\r\nWhen the Black youth failed to heel to the cops' satisfaction,\r\nInglewood cop Bijan Darvish punched him twice, driving the slender\r\nteenager to the ground. According to his attorneys and family, cops\r\nthen dragged the limp Jackson to a waiting police car.\r\n\r\nThe commotion caught the attention of Mitchell Crooks, who is white,\r\nand was staying at an adjacent motel. Crooks ran outside and began\r\nvideotaping what transpired. Inglewood cop Jeremy Morse, who stands\r\nover six feet tall and weighs over 200 pounds hoisted the handcuffed\r\nyouth in the air and slammed him face first onto the trunk of the\r\ncar. Seconds later Morse landed a powerful right-hand to Jackson's\r\nhead.\r\n\r\nOn July 17, after hearing 13 witnesses, the grand jury indicted\r\nMorse, a three-year veteran of the Inglewood Police Department, with\r\n"assault by a peace office under the color of authority," a felony\r\ncarrying a 36-month maximum jail term and $10,000 fine. Jarvish was\r\ncharged with filing a false report, also a felony. Both were released\r\non $25,000 bail. On July 18, the two pleaded not guilty. Morse claims\r\nthat Jackson had grabbed him "by the testicles," compelling the cop\r\nto hit him.\r\n\r\nA review of the video shows no facial expression of the "extreme\r\npain" that Morse supposedly suffered-offered by Morse and his\r\npartner, Bijan Darvish, in a written report as justification to\r\nsuperiors-or that the youth "was still attacking" Morse and required\r\na blow to the head to subdue him. The two cops described the slamming\r\nof the teenager onto the car hood as how they "assisted Jackson to\r\nhis feet."\r\n\r\nMorse has been the target of five previous brutality complaints, one\r\nof which is "under investigation," according to his bosses.\r\n\r\nOn July 11, an employee of the U.S. Department of Justice filed suit\r\nin federal court against Morse and two other Inglewood cops for\r\npolice abuse for an October incident in her apartment. Patrice Surje\r\ncharged the police department and local government had failed to act\r\non her earlier complaint against the three.\r\n\r\nA day earlier, Jackson's family sued the city for the July 6 beating.\r\nIt subsequently retained noted attorney Johnny Cochran to pursue its\r\nlegal case against the cops and the city.\r\n\r\n"It was Donovan [Jackson] today, it was Rodney King yesterday. It's\r\nuntold people in the graveyard that cannot speak out and that have\r\nbeen abused by police and it's time to stop," Tabilah Shakir, a\r\ncousin of the Black teenager, told a news conference announcing the\r\nsuit.\r\n\r\nHundreds participated in street protests in the days following the\r\nbroadcast of the Crooks video. Demonstrators chanting "no justice, no\r\npeace!" were joined by 1960s civil rights figure Dick Gregory; Martin\r\nLuther King, III, president of the Southern Christian Leadership\r\nConference; and Rev. Al Sharpton, who is identified with anti-police\r\nbrutality protests in New York City.\r\n\r\nOn July 12, Crooks was seized by Los Angeles cops as he was about to\r\nenter the Hollywood studios of CNN for an interview for failing to\r\nappear to serve a seven-month jail term in Placer County, in northern\r\nCalifornia, for a series of minor 1999 convictions. A video of the\r\narrest showed Crooks crying for help as he was hauled away. He was\r\nbriefly hospitalized for minor injuries and released.\r\n\r\nActivists here have raised thousands of dollars for Crooks' legal\r\nexpenses, and his defense was enthusiastically backed at a rally of\r\n500 in Faith United Methodist Church on July 13. Cong. Maxine Waters\r\n(D-CA), urged donations to fund his legal defense.\r\n\r\nThe spirited event filled the building, as the crowd spilled into a\r\nparking lot where dozens listened to speeches on a loudspeaker.\r\nSeveral speakers testified to acts of brutality and violence by\r\nInglewood police, as well as murders by area killer cops who have\r\nnever been subject to a modicum of justice.\r\n\r\nThe meeting demanded suspension and prosecution of the police\r\ninvolved in the beating, dropping all changes against Jackson and\r\nChavis, an independent prosecutor to investigate police brutality,\r\nand civilian review board of police "misconduct." Families of Latinos\r\nkilled and beaten by cops also testified. Latino marchers and signs\r\nin Spanish have been present in demonstrations and vigils, as well.\r\n\r\nMany of those participating in the protests have first hand knowledge\r\nof how cops here "protect and serve." There were over 50,000\r\n"contacts" between the Inglewood police and local residents in the\r\npast year-nearly half the entire population of the city. Complaints\r\nagainst the police document a variety of attacks under the heading of\r\n"excessive force." One cop destroyed photo evidence of a beating,\r\naccording to the Los Angeles Times. Neither that cop nor the one who\r\nadministered the assault was ever prosecuted. The officer accused of\r\nthe beating remains on the force, further proof that so-called police\r\nabuse is standard racist operating procedure.\r\n\r\nIn the media, Robert Barnett, the lawyer for Morse, has\r\nunconditionally defended the cop, who he said would be vindicated by\r\nthe video. "I'll be surprised if every pimp and prostitute and robber\r\nthat [Morse] arrested doesn't line up hoping to open the wallet of\r\nthe city to get money because of this situation," Barnett said. The\r\nattorney praised the policeman. Morse arrested Jackson "without\r\nkilling him. He could have shot him," Barnett stated.\r\n\r\nBarnett successfully defended Los Angeles cop Theodore Briseno, who\r\nwas in the police gang who pounded Rodney King, a Black construction\r\nworker, to a pulp in 1991. The 1992 acquittal of police charged in\r\nthat videotaped beating ignited the anti-police riot during which the\r\nforces of law and order unleashed a wave of terror that took over 50\r\nlives and resulted in more than a billion dollars in damages. This\r\nexplosive legacy fuels both the widespread outrage here, and the\r\nspeed with which government officials have moved to still protests by\r\nordering a series of investigations.\r\n\r\nU.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft-momentarily distracted from\r\nshredding the Bill of Rights-dipped a toe into the fray four days\r\nafter the Jackson beating, stating that "the events caught on\r\nvideotape in Inglewood, Calif., last weekend trouble me greatly,\r\nbecause they raise clear questions about that law enforcement mission\r\nwas being served properly in Inglewood."\r\n\r\nAshcroft dispatched the Department of Justice's top civil rights\r\nattorney to Inglewood to open an investigation. The New York Times\r\neditorially hailed Ashcroft's decision, chiding the Inglewood Police\r\nDepartment for failing to restrain its cops from engaging in "overly\r\naggressive tactics."\r\n\r\nMany community activists have rebuked traditional Black leaders for\r\nthe slowness to move, criticism that has appeared in the mainstream\r\npress and Black community media.\r\n\r\nInglewood mayor Roosevelt Dorn, who is Black, initially urged that\r\n"due process" take its course, then suspended Morse with pay in the\r\nwake of protests, and denounced that such beatings would never again\r\ntake place "in my city."\r\n\r\nLocal Urban League president John Mack told the media "at the end of\r\nthe day, some heads must roll."\r\n\r\nHeated debate has unfolded in the pages of local newspapers, with\r\nletters to editors polarized between backers of the cops, and those\r\noutraged by the beating of the Black youth.\r\n\r\n"Hmmm. Could you please help me in determining whom I should be on\r\nthe lookout for-those terrorists with the turbans or the ones with\r\nthe badges?" wrote Jeffrey Walker in the Los Angeles Times.\r\n\r\n"I was stopped for driving with expired tags and directed to correct\r\nthe problem. There was no hassle. I guess 'driving while white' is a\r\nbig advantage," Ann Bien wrote the Times from Anaheim.\r\n\r\n"I wrote that Officer Jeremy Morse should be fired and prosecuted for\r\nslamming a handcuffed Donovan Jackson onto the trunk and punching him\r\nin the face, and about half of the 300-plus readers who responded\r\nwere in agreement," Times columnist Steve Lopez wrote on July 14.\r\n"But the mail from the other side included some of the most vicious\r\nreactions to anything I've written in 27 years at the keyboard."\r\n\r\nLopez provided a sample-"I'll be you make a career about and\r\ndefending minority criminals," one e-mail stated. "Look around you in\r\nInglewood, Compton, and South Central L.A. It is a sewer, filled with\r\nsewage...You are pathetic."\r\n\r\nOther articles have described Morse in glowing terms, that he is not\r\na racist because he has a "Latina" girlfriend and lives in a "mixed\r\nneighborhood." He wanted to an Inglewood cop, a friend told the Los\r\nAngeles Times, "to clean up" the city.\r\n\r\nPopular radio station KJLH will broadcast live a Town Hall meeting on\r\nJuly 20 from Morningside High School in Inglewood. The incident sparked controversy after the footage was broadcast nationwide, prompting allegations of police brutality and racism against the white officer.\r\n\r\nThe bright yellow fliers that proclaimed Morse \u00a1\u00b0guilty as sin\u00a1\u00b1 caused Superior Court Judge William Hollingsworth to disqualify more than 150 potential jurors Monday after a placard-wearing activist distributed them outside the courthouse. The activist, Jubilee Shine, was told by a bailiff that the law prohibits any picketing near a courthouse that would influence a jury, and was directed to nearby La Cienega Boulevard. He was not arrested, although violation of the law is a misdemeanor.\r\n\r\nOn Tuesday, some jurors who went to their cars in a secured lot during the lunch break saw the same fliers. ","author":"jubilee","parent_id":103216,"mime_type":"text\/plain","created":"2004-02-21 09:53:19","modified":"2013-11-11 00:28:50","fileurl":""},{"id":103394,"heading":"why morse not convicted","article":"To whom it may concern,\r\n The following is a news item you may find of some interest concerning the\r\nclandestine activities of terrorist groups within the US, including the Irish\r\nRepublican Army. \r\n It centers on a string of threatening letters laced with hazardous substances\r\nand then mailed late last month to various businesses and individuals in the Los\r\nAngeles area, including nearly all the candidates running for the post of\r\ndistrict attorney against incumbent Steve Cooley.\r\n As I was soon to learn, the handling of this incident was the latest episode\r\nin a series of concerted efforts by local law-enforcement, spearheaded by the\r\naforementioned district attorney Cooley, to suppress any knowledge of the\r\nterrorist doings in and around the city for fear of the public scandal that\r\nwould ensue.\r\n For reasons that will become obvious upon further reading if they haven\u2019t\r\nbecome so already, I prefer to stay anonymous. Suffice it to say, I\u2019m an agent\r\nin the FBI privy to this information.\r\n Below is an AP news-wire about the incident in question:\r\nCandidates for top LA prosecutor position receive threatening letters\t \r\nThursday, December 4, 2003 \r\n \r\n(12-04) 07:25 PST LOS ANGELES (AP) --Federal officials are investigating a\r\nseries of threatening letters sent to candidates seeking to replace District\r\nAttorney Steve Cooley, some of which contained powder.Some of the 18 rambling\r\nletters were also sent to businesses in Beverly Hills and to a downtown county\r\ncourthouse, said U.S. Postal Inspector Mike McCarthy.The FBI said tests of the\r\nletters, all of which came from states in the Northeast, did not find any\r\nhazardous materials.Head Deputy District Attorney Tom Higgins said he received a\r\nletter saying "drop out of the race or you're a dead man." Higgins, who has\r\nfiled paperwork needed to run for Cooley's position, said the letter contained\r\nyellow powder and came from Cooley backers.Former City Councilman Nick Pacheco\r\nsaid he also received a letter with powder in the envelope, which said that if\r\nhe valued his life, he would not run against the district attorney.Pacheco, who\r\nhas not yet filed paperwork, said: "I don't have any reason to believe that\r\nCooley had anything to do with this."Cooley's campaign chief John Shallman said\r\nresponding to the letters is a "top priority.""Whether the letters are a hoax,\r\npolitical tricksterism or real threats, we hope and expect that the federal\r\nauthorities will apprehend the perpetrators and prosecute them to the fullest\r\nextent of the law," he said.\t\t\r\n As an agent who has had a first-hand view of both the letters and the results\r\nof tests performed on them, I was absolutely shocked at the press-release that\r\nthe FBI put out due to the glaring misnomers it was peopled with, so much so,\r\nthat, at first, I thought they were speaking of a different case altogether.\r\n I counted no less than four major misstatements in the account given to the\r\npress that I could only chalk up to gross incompetence before I came across a\r\nmore sinister motive.\r\n The first statement in the LA Times version of the story, said of the\r\nletters, \u201cSome were threatening, others weren\u2019t.\u201d They all were threatening\r\nletters. Some, like the ones sent to the candidates for DA, were stern warnings\r\nto drop out of the race under penalty of life and limb; others, like the ones\r\nsent to all the businesses, were outright pronouncements by the terrorists of\r\ntheir impending doom.\r\n The second statement said of the letters that only, \u201csome of which had\r\npowders.\u201d Once again, just as they were laden with death threats, they all were\r\nlaced with powder meant to inflict psychological and physical harm.\r\n The third statement was when the postal inspector Mike McCarthy called the\r\nletters, \u201ccryptic and rambling.\u201d That was another blatant falsehood. There was\r\nnothing cryptic or rambling about the letters. The fact is the mailers and\r\ntheir dealings with all the businesses they sent these correspondences to, have\r\nbeen well known to the authorities from a similar incident in May (and, of\r\ncourse, much longer to the crooked cops and elected officials who were in\r\ncahoots with them), and the statements made in these missives, as you soon will\r\nsee, were simple, blunt, unambiguous threats, quite chilling to those on the\r\nreceiving end thereof I can imagine. \r\n Lastly, and most egregious of all, was the declaration, \u201cThe FBI said tests\r\nof the letters\u2026did not find any hazardous materials.\u201d THAT was the biggest lie\r\nof all as there was not only one but three hazardous substances coating each\r\nletter.\r\n The first substance that coated the letters was potassium ferricyanide. \r\nSince when does a substance containing cyanide pass for non-hazardous?\r\n The second substance was barium carbonate. Used in making rat poison, it\r\ncomes in the form of a fine white powder and can gravely affect the heart and\r\nnervous system if ingested or inhaled. In terms of the risks involved in\r\ntransporting it, the UN hazard code rates it in the Group II (medium danger)\r\ncategory. In other words, it most definitely is a hazardous substance.\r\n The last substance these letters were laced with was a substance called zinc\r\nphosphide, which emits deadly phosphine gas when combined with heat or water. A\r\ncompany called Bell Labs puts out a zinc phosphide powder for pest control so\r\nlethal, a paltry one fifth gallon can kill every rodent for an entire square\r\nmile, that\u2019s a mere two teaspoons for every 72 square feet! The fact that the\r\nauthorities would put out such misinformation, especially when the lion\u2019s share\r\nof the letters were sent to and opened in stores at a time of the year when\r\nthey\u2019re the most heavily congested with shoppers is obscenely unconscionable.\r\n Anyone who doubts the toxicity of these substances should view the MSDS\r\n(Material Safety Data Sheets) for each one.\r\n Now ask yourself one simple question: why would law enforcement lie about\r\nthese things?\r\n I was to learn the answer most bluntly when I sojourned to the FBI\u2019s main\r\nbranch in Los Angeles to find out just how and why such an error could have come\r\nto pass, still thinking it was from a laxity on the part of someone in the\r\nbureau either gathering or releasing information.\r\n When I pulled into the FBI parking area however, and saw Steve Cooley there,\r\nhis face empurpled with rage, screaming at the top of his lungs to some agents\r\ngathered about why they put out a press-release at all let alone one that\r\nemphasized the threatening letters sent to his opponents in the DA race, more\r\nred flags went up in my mind than in a May Day parade.\r\n As I went inside the office, the tension there was quite palpable, and, in\r\nshort order, I was to learn why the account released to the press was gutted of\r\nso much of its fact, an account apparently not watered down enough for Cooley\u2019s\r\ntastes as evidenced by the tirade he threw in the parking lot over it. It seems\r\nthat, when reports of the letters first reached Cooley\u2019s ears, he phoned the\r\nbureau straightway and made the shocking request that the incident be dismissed\r\naltogether as a mere ruse, claiming he didn\u2019t want to cause \u201cundue concern\u201d to\r\nhis community over some silly, false terrorist scare. Their nerves frayed from\r\nthe everyday run of crime as it was, he reasoned, the people of his county could\r\nill-afford to hear such disquieting news, particularly when letters threatening\r\nhis opponents with death if they ran against him would further erode the\r\npublic\u2019s well-being by shaking their faith in his integrity. For the agents\r\nsuffering under his wrath, these terrorist mailings couldn\u2019t have come at a\r\nworse time as Cooley was already in a foul mood over the FBI\u2019s refusal to\r\nrelease information on the wiretapping activities of Anthony Pellicano as well\r\nas their refusal to use the Carnivore net surveillance system to monitor the\r\nonline activities of some individuals for him as a \u201cfavor,\u201d which prompted him\r\nto storm down to the bureau office to throw a fit a few days earlier.\r\n After witnessing that shocking display in the parking lot and then learning\r\nof Cooley\u2019s outbursts prior, I drove away benumbed at having discovered such a\r\ndark underbelly extant in Los Angeles politics. To be sure, with his blustering\r\nswagger, his marathon use of racist and sexist slurs, and his boasts of how\r\nwinning cases give him erections, his reputation for being quite the\r\nrambunctious character was well known to us agents, but seeing him exert such a\r\nvulgar display of power with all the rabid paranoia he could muster in the cause\r\nof keeping knowledge from the public of major terrorist activities in the city\r\nfor such a flimsy sham of an excuse as he gave, made me realize that this was\r\nmore than just a boor; this was an evil man with something to hide.\r\n Now, you have to ask yourself at this point: since when does a local official\r\nhave leave to interject himself in one of the FBI\u2019s criminal investigations to\r\ndictate its tenor and oversee what facts of the case get shared with the press,\r\nespecially, when he should be, by rights, its prime suspect as several of the\r\nthreatening letters were mailed on his behalf to scare off his political\r\nopponents? Furthermore, why in the hell would the bureau acquiesce to his\r\ndemands in such a matter? \r\n A chill ran through me as powerful as the tremors produced in the recent\r\nCalifornia earthquakes when it dawned on me what this all meant for it brought\r\nto mind a curious internet posting several months back by a person claiming to\r\nbe an FBI agent. Going by the name Cassandra, she wrote an account of a similar\r\nterrorist mailing, like the ones received recently, that was sent to Giorgio\r\nArmani in Beverly Hills this past May 7. Primarily, her account deals with the\r\nactivities of a Welsh national and former member of the US intelligence\r\ncommunity who calls himself Gelynglas. Whether for profit or for ideology, he\r\nevidently used his evil genius to put together an impressive money making\r\noperation the proceeds of which benefited a consortium he also forged between\r\nvarious terrorist groups including the Irish Republican Army and Al-Qaeda as\r\nwell as a radical group calling for an independent Wales named the Meibion\r\nGlyndwr. Yes, as hard as it is for our minds to grasp, this Gelynglas\r\napparently impressed upon these Muslim and non-Muslim groups how such a\r\nsymbiotic relationship financed with his expertise could greatly enhance their\r\ncollective effectiveness. By all accounts, it was this collusion that was one\r\nof the hidden reasons behind their spectacular successes on Sept 11 as white\r\nnon-Muslim operatives supplied by these Celtic groups were able to penetrate the\r\nUS infrastructure most incisively. To protect them from the law or exposure,\r\nGelynglas was able to also use his nefarious knowledge to create an impressive\r\nbulwark of police and legal protection either bought off or blackmailed.\r\n Operating in stores which sold high-priced clothing and jewelry, Gelynglas\r\ncreated a theft-ring that had cells embedded in no less than seventeen such\r\nestablishments. Masterfully recruiting its members from each of the stores\u2019 own\r\nemployees, this, coupled with deft computer hacking, enabled the seamless flow\r\nof merchandise out of the stores and onto the streets to be sold without evoking\r\nnary a notice, swelling the terrorists\u2019 coffers thereby. According to\r\nCassandra, off-duty rogue cops even provided security for some of the sales.\r\n However, like many an institution built on ill-gotten gain, this business\r\narrangement collapsed\r\nunder the weight of its own greed. Slightly before Gulf War II, as Cassandra\r\nreports, the terrorists were smuggling weapons into the US via the Mexican\r\nborder that they had gotten from Iraq, including several unmanned drones. The\r\nplan was: should the US attack Iraq, the terrorists in America as well as\r\nterrorists all over the world, both Muslim and non-Muslim, would start\r\ndiversionary attacks to divert the coalition\u2019s attention from Saddam to those\r\nother trouble-spots. However, the plan was ill-starred. The Mexican drug\r\ncartels who have a strong presence in southern California, caught wind of these\r\ndrones the terrorists had and apparently enticed one or several of the\r\ntheft-ring members to betray the location of the entry-point where the drones\r\nwould be smuggled into the US so they could be intercepted and modified for use\r\nin flying drugs to and from the border. Consequently, an ambush by the cartel\r\nensued in Mexico that decimated the ranks of the terrorists and made off with\r\nmost of the drones. To further their complete break with Gelynglas and his\r\nassociates, James Agnew, Giorgio Armani\u2019s manager and head capo of the ring,\r\neven mailed a letter bomb to the terrorist leadership in hopes of taking them\r\nout. Hence the threatening letter received at Armani\u2019s on May 7 was a\r\nretaliation.\r\n As I stated, Cassandra made the claims that Gelynglas had built a fortress of\r\nlegal protection surrounding themselves and, apparently, this extended all the\r\nway to the district attorney for then, as now, Cooley stormed into the FBI\u2019s LA\r\nbranch and angrily demanded knowledge of this story be squelched as it received\r\nonly a paragraph write-up by the Associated-Press as did this recent string of\r\nmailings. It seems Mr. Cooley knows many bigwigs in the FBI who\u2019ll do favors\r\nfor him if need be, which includes threatening agents with their jobs for doing\r\ntheir job.\r\n When Cassandra\u2019s posting was first brought to the FBI\u2019s attention, I, like\r\nall the other agents, laughingly dismissed it as out-there flummery, like the\r\nplot to a bad Tom Clancy novel. Though there were some puzzling things about\r\nthis incident she talks of such as why no evidence tampering charges were filed\r\nagainst anyone for tearing pages out of the letter sent to Giorgio Armani before\r\nthe police arrived, there was no way I could believe any of it until, however,\r\nmy eyes were opened by seeing the raw duplicity and sleaze of Steve Cooley\r\nfirst-hand. Now I\u2019m finding Cassandra\u2019s tale ringing all too true.\r\n I should point out for the record that I have no idea who Cassandra is\r\nalthough I do have some ideas.\r\n Cassandra\u2019s story can still be found at http:\/\/www.apfn.org\/ where it was\r\nposted July 13. It will be\r\namusing to hear their spin if nothing else.\r\n With that said, I still should do all that I can to prove the veracity of my\r\nstory. Sadly, Cassandra\u2019s style was too high-flown, and she didn\u2019t provide any\r\nmeans of corroborating the inside information that she was imparting. Hence,\r\nfor that reason, she wasn\u2019t very effective in getting out her message. Not to\r\nmake the same mistake, I, unlike her, am providing word for word transcriptions\r\nof nearly all the letters sent by the terrorist. Since I know shorthand, I was\r\nable to transcribe the letters accurately in a short time when left alone with\r\nthem. Though I\u2019m taking a great risk to myself professionally and even legally,\r\nI feel that stark measures must be taken for the truth to be known.\r\n Firstly, all the letters were mailed from either Maine or New Hampshire,\r\nwhich were apparently the places were Gelynglas and his fellow terrorists were\r\nholed-up. The return addresses (all fake of course) make a sardonic allusion to\r\nRichard Ried, the infamous shoe-bomber and were as follows:\r\nRichard Ried Richard Ried\r\n911 Shugoboom Way, or 911 Shugoboom Way,\r\nRutland, VT Norway, ME\r\n05701 04268\r\n\r\n The letters were all sent by Gelynglas himself, and, when reading them, one\r\ncan clearly see the cold, calculating, quaquaversal, and vulpine intellect of\r\nthe man who wrote them as well as engaged in all the diabolical endeavors that\r\nhe staged.\r\n Although the emphasis in the news-wire was placed on the letters sent to the\r\ncandidates running against Cooley, the lion\u2019s share of the letters were sent to\r\neach capo of the seventeen-cell smuggling-ring who backstabbed the terrorists. \r\nSince they and those under them were responsible for generating the monies\r\nnecessary to stage the attacks on September 11, among others, I think it\u2019s only\r\nfitting that the names of the capos and the stores the cells operated in should\r\nbe made known to the world. Consider the chilling declaration that Gelynglas\r\nmakes in the postscript, a declaration that up till this point has come true,\r\n\u201cStill you (meaning Cassandra) taught us one important thing: that the\r\npartnership I crafted with al-Qa\u2019ida, the IRA, and the Meibion Glyndwr is so\r\nbrilliant, it cannot be foiled even if we wanted it to because it is too far\r\nbeyond the pea-brained imaginations of your press and your public\u2026I promise you\r\nmy dear that when you look into the newspaper the day after their (meaning the\r\nletters) receipt, you\u2019ll be lucky if you see a one-paragraph write-up of these\r\nincidents next to the dog food coupon in its very back-pages; THAT\u2019S what kind\r\nof power we wield. Anyone who raises dissent we can easily whip back into\r\nline.\u201d Also you may want to read the Cassandra posting first to put these\r\nletters in better context.\r\n In any event, here is a verbatim reprint of one of them addressed to a capo\r\nnamed, fittingly enough, Herbert Fink. I looked up the Welsh phrase he uses to\r\nclose the letter and it means, \u201cThe death of the guilty is truth.\u201d\r\n\r\n Dear Mr. Fink a k a capo of cell #11\r\n I Gelynglas, on behalf of my righteous brethren in al-Qa\u2019ida, the IRA, and\r\nthe Meibion Glyndwr, am hereby serving notice to all the scum and villainy that\r\ncomprised the smuggling ring, who once served us and then betrayed us. For\r\nevery drop of blood my peers shed this past February in Mexico because of your\r\nperfidy, we shall extract tenfold from you and your loved ones. I know Zakir\r\nand his Muslim brothers wanted to spare the loved ones, but, as dear a friend as\r\nhe is to me, I have to disagree with him here. My Celtic brothers and I are\r\njust not as warmhearted as those in al-Qa\u2019ida I\u2019m afraid.\r\n You probably think that, because we didn\u2019t come back in May when Zakir said\r\nthat we were\r\nthat we are now a paper-tiger and that you were rid of us for good. Yes our\r\nwounds were grievous and we had to spend a much greater time regrouping than we\r\nimagined. Now, however, all three are at full strength and we shall be back\r\nwith a vengeance!\r\n How insolent it was for you to think you could beat us. We may have taught\r\nyou everything you know, but we didn\u2019t teach you everything WE know.\r\n This holiday season, I suggest you and your loved ones shop for coffins\r\nbecause I can assure you, Santa Clause and his bloody elves we\u2019re not.\r\nAngau\u2019r euog ydyw\u2019r gwir!\r\nGelynglas\r\nP.S. And to that agent who fancies using the name of the famous Greek prophetess\r\nas a pseudonym, and who will doubtlessly be pouring over these letters like the\r\npages to a Danielle Steele novel, I have this to say: your laughable attempt to\r\nrun to the press with the story of the secret consortium you discovered has only\r\nvouchsafed that you\u2019ll share the same grisly fate as those smugglers whom you\r\nsought to expose. As far as I can see, your attempts at bruiting the heavens as\r\nyou say only succeeded in posting your tale on that silly website for conspiracy\r\n\u2013theory addicts, the kind of fellows who think the government has put radio\r\ntransmitters in their teeth, and THEY don\u2019t even believe you. Really my dear,\r\ndo you think apprising the five Bert Gummer-style rednecks who frequent sites\r\nlike this is sufficient to warn your countrymen of the likes of my piers and I? \r\nIf anything, the people who read your missive are probably at home wiring up\r\nbombs to assail the US government themselves!\r\n You should have done what Steve Cooley told you and kept your mouth shut like\r\nthe other agents. I have decided to mail an\r\nopen declaration of war to every cell in the smuggling ring and some\r\nmiscellaneous upstarts. I promise my dear that, when you look into the\r\nnewspaper the day after their receipt, you\u2019ll be lucky if you\u2019ll see a\r\none-paragraph write-up of these incidents next to the dog food coupon in its\r\nvery back pages; THAT\u2019S what kind of power we wield. Anyone who dissents we can\r\neasily whip back into line.\r\n You seem like a lady who wants to do well by the world, but you can\u2019t do\r\nright when you\u2019re on the wrong side you see. The fact is the imperialist\r\ntyranny of the US and the UK will die by the same sword it has lived by. His name is Juan Pablo Salazar-Diaz inmate\r\n#7792399 also known as Jesus Lopez, and apparently he was one of the lackeys who\r\nbetrayed the location to the drug cartel of the entry point where the terrorists\r\nwere going to ship their drones into the US from Mexico.\r\n\r\n Dear Mr. Lopez,\r\n Make out your will you bloody spic for you\u2019ll be dead soon. We know you were\r\nthe smuggling-ring lackey that betrayed our location to the cartel in Mexico. \r\nWe\u2019re coming back to town soon and shall kill all who wronged us. Don\u2019t think\r\nyou\u2019re safe just because you\u2019re in jail. When we get done torturing you, you\u2019d\r\nrather a 1000 dicks by your prison buddies were reaming your arse all at once\r\nfor it would seem the less painful of the two deaths.\r\nAngau\u2019r euog ydyw\u2019r gwir!\r\nGelynglas\r\n\r\n As was stated earlier, Gelynglas used his acumen to create quite a protection\r\nracket around their illegal enterprise. The following are two letters sent to\r\njudges Deanne Smith Myers and Eldon Fox that helped to comprise it. Evidently,\r\nhe learned that they were experiencing pangs of guilt about what they had done\r\nand both wanted to step down from theirs posts and even confess their complicity\r\nin the terrorists\u2019 doings, but Gelynglas would have none of it, reminding them\r\nof why they were forced to do his bidding in the first place. Note in\r\nparticular the heinous crimes he cites which he blackmailed them with.\r\n\r\n Dear Judge Myers,\r\n My sources in Los Angeles have been telling me that you and a few other\r\njudges want to step down from office because of the pangs of guilt you feel for\r\nputting your judicial power at the disposal of the smuggling-ring we once\r\ncaudled. I hear some of you even want to confess your sins! That\u2019s not wise. \r\nMy peers and I are returning to your city soon and we will suffer no dissention\r\nin the ranks. Is a clear conscience worth being either brutally killed by us or\r\na life sentence at the hands of your own legal system? How lenient do you think\r\nthe law will be when they\u2019ve found out you helped to support terrorism?
