He is now serving a one-year term in federal prison, in a case that Counterpunch magazine called &ldquo;a case study in post-9\/11 judicial railroading.&rdquo;  Josh&rsquo;s home was invaded by FBI agents last month and he was accused, on the basis of no evidence, of setting fire to Hummers at a dealership.
