The resident of this room reported that the FBI seemed to be playing mind-games; using 'psychological warfare'. They dumped all of his files and records all over the place. They took personal letters and stuff that was written in notebooks, ripped it out page by page, and left papers stuffed in different locations. His nightstand drawer was full of receipts, letters, and other writings. "They take somone's personal life, jumble it up, and leave it as a way to fuck with your head."
