He pled guilty on the advice of an unmotivated defense attorney who was scared of going to trial. He was essentially bullied into it and threatened with terrorist sentencing enhancements if he did not.\r\n\r\nIf Sherman is a lowlife, I wish there were more lowlifes like him - he's a kind, gentle, intelligent man who deserves strong support.\r\n\r\nOh, and by the way?
