This petition is served on behalf of the undersigned, and on behalf of all citizens of this country, whether aware or as yet unaware of the ubiquitous and alarming phenomena referred to as Chemtrails.

With each passing day, the number of those who become vividly conscious of anomalous aircraft activity, visibly and provably present, is increasing dramatically. As public awareness increases, the groundswell of voices demanding an explanation for this massive clandestine operation is inexorably building.

All of us who have been forced to spend our own time, energy and money to force disclosure as to the origin and purpose of this program are therefore intensifying our effort. All relevant officials at local, state federal levels have the legal and ethical obligation to investigate serious inquiries regarding this matter from deeply concerned individuals and groups.

There are, conservatively speaking, tens of thousands of United States citizens whose demand to know the cause and purpose of this phenomena is being repeatedly ignored. To continue to conveniently marginalize and dismiss with prejudice such a large and ever-growing number of public-spirited citizens will not be effective in stopping this campaign for full disclosure.

The present common strategy based on wholesale refusal to look at the evidence is highly unethical and cannot be maintained in a democratic society. Those who persist in declining to acknowledge irrefutable evidence will be held accountable for a serious breach of public trust.

Whatever government agency is ultimately responsible for this long-standing and highly secretive operation of questionable purpose(s) will certainly be subject to the inevitable judgment of the people of this country. Whether or not this secret program has been initiated and is being carried out from a motive of public benefit is entirely beside the point.

No government agency has the right to inflict secret experiments of any kind, based on any motive whatsoever, on an uninformed citizenry. It is a matter of public record that highly damaging government-sponsored experiments have been performed on the American public in recent history, and are continuing unabated, unregulated, and for the most part unsuspected.

Furthermore, the inordinate interest displayed by a long list of military and industrial organizations in our information, documented by the daily repeated visits to websites dedicated to archiving public accumulation of Chemtrail evidence, is, in and of itself, extremely provocative. Those whose positions we support with our tax dollars, whose responsibility it is to keep us informed and to protect us from harm, are, almost without exception, consistently failing to address our legitimate concerns. We who pay the salaries of the very same elected and appointed officials who refuse to confront our painstakingly acquired evidence of the factual existence of Chemtrails, do not accept this betrayal and subversion of the democratic process.

We have collectively amassed an enormous amount of undeniable evidence that something highly unusual and distinctly harmful to the human organism is deliberately being released from unknown aircraft on a regular basis. Since our legitimate concerns addressed to those officials and agencies legally and morally responsible for investigating this on our behalf have heretofore been ignored, we have had to take matters into our own hands.

We have been obliged to educate ourselves in the scientific explanations and descriptions of normal contrails, cloud formations, weather patterns, meteorological minutiae, aircraft identification, local flight patterns, radar anomalies, the interpretation of GOES satellite data, and innumerable other allied aspects of this experiment.

The preceding many months of serious research by a large community of intelligent and determined citizens have resulted in a single unavoidable conclusion: an experiment of vast proportions, at immense cost, for unknown reasons and with unknown ultimate consequences, is being carried out over a long period of time without the knowledge or informed consent of the American people.

Over the period of time in question, many of us have become demonstrably, and in many cases, chronically ill from the fallout from Chemtrail activity in our immediate vicinities, and have watched with fear and dismay as our families, friends and neighbors become ill. We have minutely observed, recorded, photographed, videotaped, and kept close watch on these phenomena and their attendant effects on our environment and organisms.

The present climate of willful ignorance and denial regarding our collective findings naturally does nothing to assuage our mounting concerns. To the contrary: when large numbers of rationally alarmed people are continually rebuffed and treated with the condescension typically accorded to the mentally unsound, the only result possible is increasing outrage, disgust, and a sense of disaffection from our own government.

We do not accept this continuing dismissal and silence as an answer to our questions. We do not find the studied indifference, calculated disparagement and casual insults offered by those officials and government agencies we are approaching for answers, to be either lawful or morally reasonable. Therefore we will continue to press vigorously and unrelentingly for honest investigation in response to our sincere and incontestably justifiable concerns.

Incontrovertible observations regarding the continuing presence of this secret program will not be allowed to be relegated to the wastebaskets of elected officials. The sheer numbers of indignant and outraged Americans, told again and again that their perfectly clear perceptions are based on a \"hoax\", is insuring that this issue is not going away. Day by day, this \"secret\" operation is becoming less and less of a secret. The demand for an explanation is gathering momentum. The factual reality of Chemtrails is going to have to be addressed honestly, and immediately. The extensive accumulated evidence must be given a hearing, and the cause and purpose of this experiment must be disclosed to the American public.

All efforts to maintain secrecy in this matter are resulting in permanent and irreparable harm to whatever trust remains between the people of this country and their government. The present official attitude of dishonest denial and irrational refusal to entertain the evidence itself has got to end. We insist, and we will persist.

This too is an intended \r\ncomponent of\r\nthe weaponary at hand in the psycho-warefare and take over of this \r\ncountry\r\nand the masses, and so is fear.\r\n\r\nNo matter what are beliefs are we must hold to the truths that will \r\nhelp in\r\nprotecting are freedoms, our lives, and future lives, and that we are \r\nonly\r\nable to learn the truth so far in as our own shaped opinions will allow \r\nus\r\nto see. Usually it is fear, ego based bigotry (pride), or rebillion \r\nbased\r\nstubborness of not wanting to leave our comfort zones that keeps us \r\nfrom\r\naquiring the understandings to further our perceptions of the truth. \r\nThat is\r\nwhat I am about. Truth. Anomalies. Trends. The basic, what's realy up \r\nhere?\r\nAnd how can I use it to help is my only inspiration.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nI am trying to put a lot of this stuff together on a web site as an \r\ne-book\r\nto help make up for the income it has stole from me. I am in this becasue to me I can \r\nnot\r\nthink of anything else more important. The stuff has consumed my life. \r\nAnd\r\nin as much as it is the truth so I will dedicate my life to helping the\r\npeople of this country that want it.\r\n\r\n\r\nHere is some previous writtngs that will hopefully help explain a lot \r\nin the\r\nbest way I know how. Any input will be appreciated.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nLet the games begin!\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\ncut and paste -\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n"We all are born with a certain capacity of our minds to where with we \r\nhave\r\nthe ability to take in knowledge and acquire understanding. To obtain a \r\ngood\r\nunderstanding of a situation, or thing, we push this capacity of our \r\nminds.\r\nWe take in some knowledge on a subject and as the knowledge takes root \r\nin\r\nour mind, a little light goes on and all of a sudden we get it!\r\nUnderstanding is breathed into our consciousness, and we are able to \r\nconnect\r\nthe dots.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nOur country has a major fault, an intended flaw, a created void, in the\r\ncornerstone of our educational system that has neglected teaching in \r\nregards\r\nto mentally connecting the dots to solve or see a situation. This is \r\nbecause\r\nwe have been reared up and trained to specialize, and only specialize, \r\nwhere\r\nthe biggest payoff dollar will be found. It is good to specialize, \r\ndon't get\r\nme wrong, but in my observation the deliberate funding for and \r\ndirection\r\npromoted by our educational institutions has truncated our mind's \r\nability to\r\nsee the whole picture at once. This has created a type of tunnel \r\nvision.\r\nWhen you look up into the wide starry sky you see the moon, and only \r\nthe\r\nmoon. You simply lack the broader eyesight to capture all the dots that \r\nmake\r\nup the sky full of constellations. This is called absence to peripheral\r\nvision. Like this too, the capacity of our minds have a certain tunnel\r\nvision where the peripheral of our mind's eye has been intentionally \r\nmade to\r\nstay small. Then we, from a very early age, lack the capacity to \r\nconnect too\r\nmany dots. The benefit of this reinforced stagnation and retardation? \r\nIf you\r\ncan't perceive the big picture, you won't question authority.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWe have some great thinkers giving us the best of their thoughts, \r\ntrying to\r\nhelp us connect these dots and see the big picture. These various \r\nreports\r\nall have good rhetoric in them. Some of it might be misleading because \r\nof\r\nthe over-specialization and limited capacity of them to even see the \r\nwhole\r\npie. The technical reports give us enough information to satisfy maybe \r\n50%\r\nof our questions, but lets see if we can stretch further.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThis becomes like learning any inter-connected system. First you learn \r\neach\r\ncomponent separately. Then you learn how they each affect the others \r\nand\r\nfunction together as a unit. Then you start hooking them together one \r\nat a\r\ntime and running them in sequence. Pretty soon you have a multiple \r\nsystem\r\nstructure - like a power plant, a computer network, the organs of the \r\nhuman\r\nbody, and an ecosystem. How the systems all work together and affect \r\none\r\nanother is called Integrated Systems Knowledge. In academics it is \r\ncalled\r\nCross-Diagnosis Analysis of Multiple Disciplines. Our institutes have \r\nbeen\r\npurposely weakened in this area. In this way we are not able to see how \r\nbig\r\nthe deception is. We are informed only with certain information and our\r\nmental vision is impaired and blinded.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nIn regards to the current issue surrounding Chemtrails, or Aerosol \r\nChemical\r\nSpraying using Military and Commercial Jetliners, is that we have a lot \r\nof\r\ninformation that is coming to us from people of specialized capacities. \r\nThey\r\nare experts in their areas, but are unable to see how other areas \r\ninterlink\r\nand relate and work together, for worse not necessarily for better.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThis is my attempt to assist in connecting the dots so that the whole\r\npicture comes into view. I used to teach systems knowledge, chemical\r\nengineering, nuclear physics, and radiation protection in the nuclear\r\nsubmarine force in the 80's. Since then I have spent ten years studying\r\nBiophysics, Naturopathy, and Earth Sciences.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe past 18 months I have put in about 4 to 5 thousand hours studying \r\nthe\r\nchemtrail issue, orgone, and much of the material, books included, \r\nalready\r\nwritten on the chemtrail topic, observing the skies and satellites\r\nsearching for trends that would reveal the smoke and mirrors hiding the\r\ntruth behind the hidden agendas, so the people can see the truth behind \r\nthe\r\nlies. However as a society I have found that it is our complacency that \r\nhas\r\ntrustingly handed over our freedom, in the mist of the smoking mirrors, \r\nto\r\nthe elite.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nLet's step back one minute and review just a few of the things that we \r\nknow,\r\nor at least think we know about history. Keep in mind that the ruling \r\npowers\r\nduring a given time control all the information coming down to the \r\nserfs, so\r\ntrue "history" is actually a changing entity depending on how much\r\nenlightenment is needed to maintain control.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nLooking at history, it is clear that certain agendas are maintained so \r\nthat\r\nthe wealth and power are kept within a handful of people. By \r\ncontrolling\r\nknowledge, the masses are controlled. This knowledge, usually \r\nmaintained by\r\n"secret societies", was passed down within these families, just as \r\ntheir\r\nfortunes were. This all started way, way, way back B.C. when priests \r\nkept\r\n"secret" rituals to talk to their gods, promoting the belief that \r\nordinary\r\npeople were not permitted this ability. But I want to focus from the \r\npoint\r\nof the American Revolution, because the formation of this county was\r\nparamount to the agenda being pressed by certain\r\n\r\nglobal entities.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n 1700 - 1800 - Early infiltration of secret societies into \r\nthe\r\nmain body\r\n\r\n of our founding leaders to direct the building \r\nof\r\nAmerica to\r\n\r\n their desired goal.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n 1776 - Developing of the bodies that would become the \r\nNazis.\r\nFree\r\n\r\n Masons take an active and prominent role in the\r\noutcome of the\r\n\r\n Revolution and the direct of the new America.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Civil War - Funding of both sides of the War \r\ncame\r\nfrom the same\r\n\r\n coffers. These were also the people who \r\norganized\r\nLincoln's\r\n\r\n assassination.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Early 1900's - Industrial Revolution was forced onto a \r\nreadily\r\n\r\n available immigrant workforce that invaded \r\nAmerica,\r\nherded\r\n\r\n out of Europe by the aristocracy. Thus come AIDS, Ebola, \r\nmycoplasma\r\n(GWS), and SARS.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n1983 - PHOENIX II ( MONTAUK project)\r\n\r\n Electronic multi-directional targeting of select population\r\n\r\n groups using radar, microwaves, EHF, UHF modulated with\r\n\r\n gigawatt through terrawatt power.\r\n\r\n Purpose - loading of Earth grids, planetary sonombulescence\r\n\r\n to stave off geological activity, specific point earthquake\r\n\r\n creation (Project Rainbow), population programming for\r\n\r\n sensitized individuals.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nLate 1980's - the beginning of the aerial spraying and assault on\r\n\r\n the Earth's good life force. A multileveled program, two \r\nmain\r\n\r\n outcomes being population reduction by poisoning and global\r\n\r\n climate control to cause economic decimation.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n2000 - G.W. put into office by (not so clever) global powers to\r\n\r\n deliver America up as the sacrifice for over consumerism\r\n\r\n that is currently destroying the Earth's natural resources.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n2001 - 9\/11 - the catalyst needed for the secret societies to put their\r\n\r\n plans into high gear on a brain washed, complacent, over\r\n\r\n weight, over worked, over indebted public that meekly \r\nallows\r\n\r\n itself to be led to slaughter.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n2002 - October - US Government gets a planned deal on the\r\n\r\n Iridium Satellite System (nicknamed The Mark).\r\n\r\n The current aerial canopy is upgraded and a new one is put\r\n\r\n in place over the next several weeks. The aerial agenda\r\n\r\n increases exponentially with a new thinner added.\r\n\r\n Suspect it is for the new satellite system. Bizarre weather\r\nstarts occurring\r\n\r\n all over the globe as the Earth tries to correct what the\r\n\r\n spray canopy is causing. The scientists start promoting a\r\n\r\n climate engineering project that includes the use of HARRP,\r\n\r\n massive cell towers, and Iridium Satellite System to squash \r\ngood\r\norgone\r\n\r\n and negative ions and good precipitation because global \r\nweather\r\ncontrol\r\n\r\n is the only answer to greenhouse gases.\r\n\r\n (Just because we do not understand orgone does not make it \r\nnot\r\nreal.)\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n2003 - We now live in a plasma gas environment that is nothing more\r\n\r\n than an invisible Nazi gas chamber designed to brainwash \r\nand\r\nkill off\r\n\r\n all the undesirable and inferior humans, leaving the elite\r\nIlluminati to have\r\n\r\n the pristine Earth as their play ground.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe global leaders have identified us, the masses, as the problem. They \r\nsay\r\nour over-consumptionism has brought about the pollutants necessary for, \r\nand\r\nthe main cause of, the global warming and the hole in the ozone. \r\nBecause of\r\nthis, the Earth's destruction is imminent. But they are the ones that \r\nlead\r\nus down the industrial path; they are the ones repeatedly spraying \r\ncocktail\r\nmixtures with ozone depleting chemicals, like JP 8 and \r\nethylenedibromide.\r\nTheir strategy, if they use a multi-task system and the first priority \r\nas a\r\nhuge sun shield, no matter that the other piggybacked agendas are \r\ndiabolical\r\nin nature, if citizen messes with the sunshield, you are doomed. And \r\nwith\r\nthe Patriot Act in place they now have the means to haul anyone off and\r\nexecute them without trial or notification of any kind. Kind a sounds \r\nlike a\r\nrecent regime America invaded, doesn't it?\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nIt must be remembered that nature uses good orgone to cleanse and heal\r\ngeological regions. By producing precipitation, negative ions and ozone\r\n(from thunder storms) from anti-matter to matter, nature cleanses and\r\nbalances the ecological and hydrological cycle. This was the way it was \r\nall\r\nmeant to work. All living creatures produce good, and bad, orgone. But\r\nunfortunately now if orgone in a region increases to counter-act the \r\nbuild\r\nup of aerially sprayed chemicals and cleanse the hydrological cycle, \r\nthe\r\nplanes are simply sent over to blanket and squash the region with a \r\nsuper\r\nheavy weight chemical bath. This happens when humans produce good \r\nthoughts,\r\ngood orgone, which produces good health and general well being. This \r\nlife\r\nforce, orgone, produced, oxidizes their plasma gases that they have \r\ncreated\r\nto aid their system. With their spraying they have turned the surface \r\nof the\r\nearth into a gas ion chamber in a solution of plasma gases where EMF \r\nand\r\nVHF, as well as other frequencies, can be more effectively used to \r\nassist\r\nthe new Iridium satellite system, weather control, mind and population\r\ncontrol. This system uses negative spin monatomic atoms known as \r\nlanthanides\r\nas its main conduit. This all creates a most vital plasma solution of \r\nheavy\r\npositive ions and atomic and subatomic particles that naturally depress \r\ngood\r\nlife force (orgone) and, not surprisingly, is needed for the Iridium\r\nSatellite System to function properly. And its function? It produces a \r\ngas\r\namplification chamber; a great big, world-wide Nazi gas chamber and\r\nmind-control device, and because this is the ultimate multi-level,\r\nmulti-task project, another benefit being worldwide weather domination.\r\nCannot weather make or break a country's economic system?\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nIn preparing for this plasma gas chamber, they can cover all the \r\nagendas\r\nsimultaneously-the sun shield, absorbing CO2, creating ducting material \r\nfor\r\nradars, viral inoculation, mind control, eugenics (total earth \r\npopulation\r\ncontrol and eradication of undesirables), natural disaster creation and\r\ndirection, weather control, and the assisting or altering of earth \r\npolar\r\nshift. This would seem like an agenda that is just too overwhelming and \r\nmind\r\nboggling to comprehend, but that's part of the design of it. If \r\nsomething\r\njust seems too big and too far-fetched, then people just dismiss it and\r\nsweep it under the rug, helps us to be more like ostrich.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nNo system could possibly be that diverse and that diabolical? But the \r\npeople\r\noperating it only know bits and pieces and never enough about the whole \r\nto\r\nput all the parts together. This is where the over specialization and \r\nthe\r\nlacking in our educational system have become so important. It's not \r\nonly\r\nthe public who can't see all the dots, but also the people working \r\nwithin\r\nthe project.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nI have personally observed this whole system in action. I have watched \r\nthem\r\nover the last year build and disperse storms, let a natural storm start\r\nturning in the counterclockwise direction, and load it down like a mule \r\nwith\r\nchemicals and use the orgone like a big power mixer for their \r\nchemicals;\r\ndissolve natural clouds right in front of me, vortexes being chemically\r\nsuppressed, create a protective fall-out shield, generate destructive\r\nweather systems, and apply atmospheric pressure to the earth's surface \r\nto\r\ntarget earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, lanthanides melted into the\r\natmosphere via targeted meteor projection.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nI have observed several new advances in the levels they utilize in this\r\nprogram.\r\n\r\nThey appear to have developed three (3) major"cocktail" spray\r\n\r\nmixes. One contains aluminums, magnesium, fungus and mold spores. This\r\n\r\nproduces the white feathery powders. This gets\r\n\r\nmelted and glued back together by the other two sprays.\r\n\r\nThe second is the surfactant and\/or magnetic adhesive, containing \r\nproteins\r\n\r\n(human DNA compounds), polys, diomyers (the minute fibers), and \r\nfluorides\r\n\r\nthat help collect and setup diverts using the Earth Grid.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe third are the thinners and emulsifiers. These are used the greatest \r\nand\r\nmost often because it dissolves the other chemicals out of sight. These\r\ninclude aether, hexafloraethane, anvil, JP-8 jet fuel, and EDB. These \r\nare\r\nall heavy and cold, with extremely high density and super low boiling\r\npoints, which cause a refrigeration effect when sprayed.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nBy doing all this, they are destroying the environment to the point \r\nwhere\r\nthey will be obligated to keep this up at a greater and greater \r\nintensity or\r\nthere will be a huge backlash. Nice program, where if not enough\r\ngood-life-force destroying energy (DORs - dead orgone) and chemicals \r\nare not\r\nused, then the suppressed good energies will backlash, possibly out of \r\ntheir\r\ncontrol, and cause tremendous environmental damage as the Earth tries \r\nto\r\nheal itself of the devastation they themselves are causing by \r\nimplementing\r\nthis system. So, do not produce good orgone, chi, or life-force, \r\nbecause if\r\nyou do, sometime in the near future you will be arrested as an enemy of \r\nthe\r\nState for tampering with their program.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nTesla's main concern was that the evilness in the governments would use \r\nhis\r\nknowledge for destructive purposes. Dead orgone, DOR, negative \r\nlife-force,\r\nproduces stagnation, lethargy, depression and death. The act of using\r\nnegative orgone or DOR, positively charged chemical mixes, and \r\nfrequencies\r\nto suppress the masses will depress any good life energies causing \r\nsystemic\r\nhealth problems to rise and cause psychological chaos. Additionally, \r\nthe\r\ncombination of chemicals in the sprays irritate the respiratory tract \r\nthe\r\nheart tissue, the kidneys and the lymph system enough so that the \r\nrecipient\r\nbecomes automatically inoculated with whatever virus is programmed into \r\nthe\r\nsprays at that time.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWith the Iridium Satellite System having been remodeled for dysprosium \r\nand\r\nosmium, it will sense, like radar, any place strong positive orgone is \r\nbeing\r\nproduced, be it from people, plants or rocks. All the other Japanese Cities were being fired bombed into \r\nnothing.\r\nThese bombs killed 100,000's or people and the effects linger today. \r\nIt was\r\nabout making a statement of power to the world. The US did not even \r\nflinch\r\nin the killing of these women and children and likewise it did not even\r\nflinch in the experiments on natives taken from jungles. The US has \r\ndone no\r\nbetter than the Japanese and German human experiments, they have been \r\nmuch\r\nworse.\r\n\r\n The third atmospheric nuclear test showed the dangers of the \r\nradiation\r\nflash of a hundred Sun's to humans at close range and it also \r\ndemonstrated\r\nwhat radiation damage does to plastics. Radiation damaged plastic is\r\ncalled "Mylar," which is well known for it tendency to retain its form \r\nand\r\nsnap back into shape. Most all the little jungle natives that were \r\ndeformed\r\nfrom chemical tests and nuclear tests are gone, except for the reports \r\nthat\r\nare stored behind "special access project" classification stashed at \r\nplaces\r\nlike Area 51. Their nickname or code in the extraterrestrial projects \r\nworld\r\nis called "Aliens" or\r\n\r\n"Alien Experiments." It is about concealing murder using \r\nclassification.\r\n My training in plasma physics came from a Soviet Russian named Igor\r\nAlexiff. Alexiff and the Russians appear to be quite far ahead of the\r\nresearch on plasma effects. Alexiff has many patents on plasma \r\ntechniques\r\nincluding a plasma jet process that the military uses to neutralize\r\nsatellites or make them undetectable with ground RADARs. My later\r\nexperience in Plasma science came from the ORNL Fusion Energy work. \r\nLots of\r\nexperiments using LASER's, microwaves,\r\nand high energy beam injectors----all of it applicable to Star Wars \r\ntype\r\nsystems.\r\n\r\nIn the 1980's, all the national labs were interested in the Star Wars\r\nconcept and the extremely high powered X-ray and IR chemical LASERs. \r\nThe\r\neffects of these systems on the atmosphere were important to consider. \r\nHigh\r\npowered LASERs have the capacity to ionize the air, via photo and\r\ntemperature effects. Recent studies in Japan have shown that LASERs \r\ncan set\r\nup pathways for lighting. Lighting forms from an ionization path in air\r\ncreating UV light and then more ions leading to the massive discharge \r\nfor\r\ndisplaced charges in the atmosphere. IR LASER's cause this via heat \r\nand UV\r\nLASER's via direct ionization.\r\n\r\n We have seen that things like Barium can be ionized by rocket fuels \r\nand by\r\nUV light. Similarly, when large meteorites enter the Earth's \r\natmosphere\r\nions and a plasma path are created, from the ionosphere to the ground. \r\nThis\r\neffect can set off a massive discharge of the Earth Potential gradient\r\ncapacitor effect. The effect can be like a 100 H-bombs going off in \r\nthe\r\natmosphere from trillions of amps of current being fired. This is the\r\neffect that one of the largest meteorites that high Tunguska Russia in \r\n1908\r\nis thought to have set off. This is why there are little meteor \r\nfragments\r\nand little crater effects, but a huge air blast effect.\r\n\r\n This effect is also a problem with Star Wars techniques, as firing \r\nLASERs\r\ninto atmosphere at high power densities can set off these same \r\ndischarge\r\neffects. This is part of the fear from these space based weapons \r\nsystems.\r\nSome think HAARP can also causes these effects. HAARP alone can cause \r\nsome\r\npotential well effects and attraction of charges in the atmosphere, but\r\nunlikely this type effect. The only way the atmosphere extreme energy\r\nsystem works without distorting the platform is from space.\r\n\r\n Teller's Star Wars systems can lead to even worse weapons than the\r\nhydrogen bomb, via tapping into the Sun's energy charging methods for \r\nthe\r\nionosphere. A space based laser system can level a city with a high \r\npower\r\ndensity LASER burst into the atmosphere above a city. This effect \r\ndelivers\r\nlittle radiation, but the air blast of a 100-1000 H-bombs detonated \r\nabove a\r\ncity. This is where the extremes of the Star Wars project can lead. \r\nThis\r\nis part of the reason the Russian's backed down from the cold war's \r\nmutually\r\nassured destruction from Reagan's Star Wars threats. This was my\r\ncontribution to the Star Wars systems designs.\r\n\r\n My studies on the atmosphere effects shut down the cold war. The \r\ncold\r\nwar was coming apart in 1988 and the Berlin Wall fell in Nov 1989. The \r\nUS\r\nand Russia shifted from the insanity of making more nuclear bombs to \r\ntaking\r\nthem apart. My studies on HF shut down the K-25 gas diffusion plant. \r\nThe\r\nDOE is turning the leaking poison gas plant into a Greenfield. My \r\nstudies\r\non the End-Times and Revelations aspect are pointing the way toward a \r\nkinder\r\nand gentler time. The hidden science is being revealed and the \r\nscientific\r\nmessages learned are independent of religions. This can go a long way\r\ntoward ending terrorism\r\nand religion nationalism effects.\r\n\r\n The Russian's had been shifting toward a waging peace type cold war\r\nmechanism for a number of years before Star Wars the this made this \r\ntrend\r\neven stronger. Today, Russia and the US have torn down the Berlin Wall \r\nand\r\nended the Cold War, but the Bush foreign policy directions and single\r\nsuperpower is making all the world have concerns. The lies Bush told \r\nto set\r\noff the Iraq War have been extreme, and even more extreme was opening \r\nthe\r\ndoor for 911 to happen to launch the PAX-America new world order. This\r\nentire process was planned at ORNL in the mid-80's.\r\n\r\n If one applies the simple black box theory toward this process one \r\ncan see\r\nall the makings for one last huge war between the US allies and others \r\nlike\r\nChina and Russia. The Bush Doctrine is driven by pure corporate greed \r\nand\r\ndeceit, toward both American Citizens and the people of the world. \r\nBush is\r\nlooking like the new Hitler plan and the antichrist rolled into one. \r\nThe\r\nBush Agenda even suppresses all the basic information linked to that\r\nconnected to the return of Christ and his visions from the old world.\r\n\r\n As we head for another Independence Day, let us all think about \r\nthese\r\nissues and the corruption in our Govt. We need to clean house at home \r\nand\r\nnot plunder and abuse the rest of the world based on corrupted industry\r\nmistakes. We have those that have engaged in racketeering and murder \r\nin the\r\nvery highest levels of our Govt., who abuse all our world via corrupted\r\nclassification methods. This secrecy has given rise to Imperialism, \r\nloss of\r\nseparation of church and state, suppression of science and religion, \r\nsetting\r\nup health plaques, and massive profiteering from chaos and pollution.\r\n\r\n Common sense and the simple truth needs to return to the US and the \r\nminds\r\nof its citizens, as we all need to start the process of the RICO Act to \r\ntake\r\nthese high ranking persons out of our Govt. Remember, that true freedom \r\ncan\r\nonly he obtained from the truth process.
