The Justice Department today refused a federal judge's order to allow accused terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui access to a captured al Qaeda leader because it would damage national security. In response, U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema could throw out the case against Moussaoui, the only person charged so far in connection with the 9\/11 attacks on the U.S.

Perfect! This liberal judge needs to be put in her place and John Ashcroft is just the guy to do it.

I am offended that this slug Zacarias Moussaoui is even appearing in our court system. He should be locked up in Guantanamo with the other terrorists. Why are we letting this slug into our court system. And how in the world did he wind up in the courtroom of this loonie left wing liberal judge?
