It's been several months since Raise the Fist has been able to throw a successful benefit show without the police shutting it down early, or contacting the hosting venue getting them to cancel the event early.\r\n

On June 20th, the first show, Hip Hop 4 Justice was held at Casa Del Pueblo in the Echo Park area of Los Angeles, CA. Casa Del Pueblo is a new infoshoppe that provides workshops, teach-ins, film showings, self defense classes, free internet access and more.
