Wade ruling but later joined the anti-abortion movement, filed a motion in Dallas federal court claiming changes in the law and advances in medicine had rendered the court's original decision unjust.

At a Dallas rally, she told supporters she regretted her part in the original lawsuit.

\"I want to thank all the wonderful women that are standing here. I'm so sorry that I filed that affidavit,\" McCorvey said.

\"I long for the day that justice will be done and the burden from all these deaths will be removed from my shoulders,\" she said in a separate statement.

Planned Parenthood president Gloria Feldt said the case was not viewed as a threat to abortion rights.

\"We don't expect the court to take it seriously. And the reason is because it was a good decision,\" she told Reuters. \"Roe v. Wade enabled women to participate in the social, financial and political life of this country.\"

The move is the latest challenge to U.S. abortion rights and comes after the House of Representatives and the Senate each approved a ban on a procedure critics call \"partial birth\" abortion. Really? Who's "free choice"? \r\n\r\nNot the father's. Certainly not the baby's. \r\n\r\nNo, just selfish, idiotic mothers that want to be allowed to use MURDER as a form of birth control! \r\n\r\nBecause they were stupid, they believe they have a license to kill! And if denied this right, society is somehow impinging upon their bizare God given right to "choose freely" to mutilate and dispatch with their unborn children!! \r\n\r\nARE NOT THESE PEOPLE INSANE I ASK YOU????\r\n\r\nNow of course, no one is infringing upon their personal freedom! Just don't get pregnant, idiots! Use the pill, a rubber, or just abstain from sex completely if you're an irresponsible imbecile. \r\n\r\nBut how society (especially liberals, who BTW are mostly against capital punishment) can condone homocide of unborn humans as a form of birth control is beyond my comprehension.\r\n\r\nThis is just wrong. For instance, I don't like having to contend with liberals either. But they don't give any indication of their leftist predisposition in the womb. And I'm told it's illegal for me to postnatally abort them in the 4th trimester or beyond, which is only when they start exhibiting their liberalist idiocy.","author":"finger","parent_id":65488,"mime_type":"text\/plain","created":"2003-06-19 17:44:09","modified":"2003-06-19 17:44:09","fileurl":""},{"id":65751,"heading":"Yes, finger","article":"We KOBES are all for state-mandated pregnancy.
