Earth, Wind & Solar: International Ecology Posters will demonstrate how diverse artists have utilized the political poster over the past four decades to strengthen the impact of the growing global ecology movements.

Earth, Wind & Solar is co-curated by art historian Emily Haraldson, M.A. candidate at California State University, Northridge (CSUN) and CSPG Executive Director Carol Wells. Although many of the posters are historical, the problems are not. Issues range from conservation and recycling to the ban of nuclear power and sustainability of all living things. Posters from Kenya, Germany, Malaysia, India, Russia, the United States and others are included in this timely and important exhibition. Created from CSPG's archives, Earth, Wind & Solar will premiere at the Art Galleries CSUN.

This exhibition is funded in part by the City of Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department.
