I decided to reply flippantly, but the reality is that I hope some of them are legal, but I am reasonably sure that at least some of them are not.  Again, nothing racist about the comment.\r\n\r\nThe racist element comes in when you see offense in one case (happy Mexicans) and not in the other (happy Germans).
