Can I ask, did you actually go out and take a poll or are you just aping whatever you hear off the newswire? #$%#$%"\r\n\r\nA) I suppose I know as much as the next guy about slogans. What's your point?\r\n\r\nB)The statement of fact that the "anti-war" crowd comprises DAMN little of the US population is not an example of irony. I suppose you meant to say something else. When you think of the correct literary device, let me know which one I used.\r\n\r\nC) Nope, I didn't take a poll all by myself, but I did do a little math and I was wrong. You all actually comprise more of a segment than I thought. I appologize. Using several different indymedia site estimates, which would tend to be liberal in their estimates, wouldn't you agree, I used a fiqure of one million protesters. Certainly not all in attendance are anti-war; some are journalists, some are fringe protesters and some just curious, like myself. But lets say a million. And for each one in attendance, let's say they represent another 8 Americans. So that's 8 million Americans against the war. That fiqure divided by the population (289 Million) gives a percentage of about 2.7%. Not very substantial.\r\n\r\nSo.
