\n<\/p>\n1.0 CIVIL OFFICIAL'S ABUSE CASES \n\n
Part of the Finnish Public Authorities\n(i. e. a member of the Police Force, Layer or other Public Authority\nequal to) have abused their citizens' trust. These State Officials\nhave acquired illegal property or other monetary benefit by making\nincorrect and false conclusions, refusing to write reports of an\noffense, conducting political criminal investigations, or refusing to\nmake and place a report of an offense against a State Official.<\/p>\n
Members of The Juridical System together\nwith Police Force representatives have found guilty in malicious\naccusations, abusing Enforcement Law -by using and turning it against\nits own citizen- and trying to commit end-conclusions, which these\nOfficials' educational and professional expertise have not been\nsufficient (ISBN 951-98052-2-2).<\/p>\n
Previously mentioned occupational group's\nonly goal have been causing financial damage: achieved aims fit to\nMarxist theories according to Stalinist dogmas, as well as racism\nFinnish-Swedish layers practice towards Finnish native born citizen.\nPart of these Finnish Civil Officials are living 'well off' life paid\nby those, whose property was abused, embezzled or ruined by the same\nofficials.<\/p>\n
\n<\/p>\n2.0 PUBLICATION RELATED TO PROFESSIONAL\nSKILLS, POLICE AND ENFORCEMENT ACT\n
When analyses and research were done on\nPolice's, Police Officer's and Layer's Education, it became quite\nclear, that professional qualifications according to scientific\nvalues are not very high in this education: curriculum is mainly\nbased on 'socio-economical' studies, which scientific value is less\nimportant and more relative in its content to a curriculum consisting\nmath, physics, medicine or chemistry. \n<\/p>\n
Since none of these disciplines include\npreviously mentioned subjects, can not the conclusions committed or\npresented by these representatives' valued very high - even\nconclusions were done according to The Police, The Enforcement or any\nother Act.<\/p>\n
Typically functions and procedures follow\npatters and lack expertise. Because people lack professional skills\nor due to political reasons, crimes wished not to be solved out.\nCharacteristic feature to the Finnish Police Force and Legal System\nis hypocrisy and people serving in them trying to make themselves\nmore important they are. A researcher is valued based on his\nresult(s) and his values is not based on hypocrisy. In real science\nmaking oneself important do not have any impact on his expertise -\nunlike in the Police and Layer post. Referenced publication is ISBN\n951-98052-2-2.<\/p>\n
\n\n3.0 REGISTERED INFORMATION IN POLICE AND\nLEGAL REGISTERS CENTRE DATABASES\n
The information fed into Police and Legal\nRegisters with Police level education can, must and should be\nquestioned. In complex political 'cat and mouse' -play cases the\ninformation found from these databases has usually no real ground\nwhat so ever. Usually political and personal relations are the\nreason, why some people can make themselves look more important than\nthey really are. Ignorance is one main reason too, why registers\ncontain false and incorrect data.<\/p>\n
\n\n4.0 SYSTEMATIC AIM OF THE STATE\nOFFICIALS\n
Systematically committed State Official\ncrimes are aimed to weaken financial circumstances and Finnish\nSecurity Police has participated in these actions.<\/p>\n
Due to these crimes taken place on our\nterritory, I do consider necessary the act of requesting foreign\nintelligence and military intelligence agencies, national and\nforeign businessmen to help. People having committed criminal\nactivities on government post, having participated in Stalinist and\nracist activity, should be listed and lists published to protect\ninnocent people. I am also asking military intelligence to punish\noutside Finnish territory those State Officials who has not followed\nagreed rules in our society (a physical punishment request), since\nthese people are not accessible using their own law against them (see\nthe reference publication for basis). Unambiguously these State\nOfficial cases come down to playing with human beings and violating\nLaw systematically. We are not talking about 'one individual case'.<\/p>\n
For the same reasons I am asking a new\nproceeding to take place in the foreign immigration; refugees coming\nfrom Finland would get their compensations on top of the State Trade\nBilling between Finland and United Kingdom. It is obvious, that Finns\nwill pay the price in a way or an other, since they have made the\nbill with their national policy lining. A remark is made to Foreign\nState Officials not believe to Finnish State Officials unless\npresented matter can be verified to be true.<\/p>\n
\n<\/p>\n5.0 STATE POSTS\n
Minister level government posts should be\nmonitored, since it seems to be, that some people are in charge of\nthese systematic problems. \n<\/p>\n
