According to Pentagon war could kill 12,000 Iraqi civilians not to mention several young American men and women. An attack on Iraq will have nothing to do with stopping terrorism. It will have nothing to do with the liberation of the Iraqi people. And it will be only marginally concerned with weapons of mass destruction. At a time when we have looming challenges at home, including health insurance, poverty rates, education, and more, it does not make sense to spend $80 billion or more halfway around the world.

DATE: Saturday January 18, 2003

MEETING PLACE: Meet at Hurless Barton Park, located at

4601 Casa Loma Ave. in Yorba Linda CA 92886 Between

Imperial Hwy. & Yorba Linda Blvd.

TIME: 11:00 AM - Rally

12:00 PM - March\/Protest Nixon Library

2:00 PM - Celebration @ Park w\/ Free food and

music

For more information, free rides, or to volunteer

please call

949-436-1188 OR 714-303-0004

EMAIL: ocrc@mail.com<\/a>

To help organize and attend planning meetings please join us every THURSDAY NIGHT at 7:00 PM,

LOCATION: 215 West 1st St. Room # 205 in Tustin, CA

Brought to you by:

OCRC (Orange County Revolutionary Collective)

Iranian Students Union

Afghan Students Union

Middle Eastern Peace coaliton - Irvine Valley College

OCPC (Orange County Peace Coalition)

POWER (People Opposing War, Empires & Rulers)

Cultural Center of Anuhuac

Pakistani Students Alliance UCI

Anaheim Food Not Bombs

Santa Ana Food Not Bombs

\"Somehow this madness must cease.
