Proposal to the combative workers organizations, occupied factorys, unemployed movements and popular assemblies:

A year has been since the working people threw out the starving and repressive government of De La Rua, the next national mobilization that’s been prepared for the 20th of December finds us with Duhalde's Government and the PJ applying a brutal devaluation and complying with the orders of the IMF, with all the support from the provincial governments (the UCR, the FrePaso, or of provincial parties such us the MPN) Hunger gets worse. A great increase in public services, \"Tarifazo\", is coming. Unemployment remains in its historical record, disguised only by government plans, Jefas y Jefes de hogar, of 150 government bonds (lecops).

In order to finish with hunger, obtain genuine work for all, salary increases to recuperate what they have stolen from us, health, housing and education, is necessary to organize a great national struggle, that unifies the employed and unemployed workers, the neighborhoods assemblies, the impoverished middle sectors, the students, preparing a great active general strike until defeating Duhalde, achieve \"TO OUST THE ALL\" and open the way for a workers government.

We must reject the trap of the fake presidential elections that the government, Rodriguez Saá and Carrió want to take us to. In order to take stapes in this perspective, we have been promoting the urgent call for a Great National Congress of all organizations in struggle: unemployed movement, occupied factories, popular assemblies, combative unions. It is necessary to finish with the division. We think that this congress must start with mandate from the bases, making Assemblies in every work place, and in every movement, or neighborhood.

We have been making steps in the concrete unity: Sunday 11-24, we the workers of brukman responded to the violent attempt to clear out the factory in unity with people from the assemblies, workers of Zanon, of cooperatives like El Aguante, IMPA, Chilavert, Grissinopoli, left wing party militants, etc., and we were able to recuperate the factory. Tuesday 26th, five months from the assassination of Kosteki and Santillan, we all went to the bridge Puente Pueyrredon to support the piqueteros movement (Bloque Piquetero, Anibal Veron, Barrios de Pie, MST Teresa Vive, etc.) in order to impede the frisking order from the justice and the government. In Neuquen, Friday 11-22 the members of the Regional Coordinator of Alto Valle, composed by combative unions like the ceramist, of TV, Health Branch ATE, delegates of different sectors like OUCRA and teachers, unemployed movements like the MTD Neuquen and Teresa Vive, we mobilized reuniting all the demands together with Barrios de Pie, the Polo Obrero, CTD Cipolleti, Anival Veron de Allen. We think that this basic coordination is indispensable to construct and to direct us to the mayor objectives. We will be mobilizing the 11th and 12th of December in the Resistance March next to the Mothers of Plaza de Mayo, promoters of the National Solidarity Committee with the Occupied Factories. We also want to invite to the festival at the doors of Brukman December 14th, to celebrate the first year of struggle and contribute to the National Strike Fund voted in the 2º Factories Meeting.

We invite all the combative worker organizations, occupied factories, unemployed movements and popular assemblies committed in the unity in the fight of the workers and the people, to organize together the 20th of December a great column to march jointly from Brukman to Plaza de Mayo under this flags.
