Many opponents of the Fascist Occupational Government\r\nhave been targeted with Internet harassment. This harassment has come in\r\nthe form of forged emails, attacks against websites, anonymous threats, and\r\nforum spamming. Intelligence analysts of the Resistance have identified\r\nthe source of these activities. This cyber harassment radiates from the\r\nsecret KOBE organization, an organization\r\nthat claims to be working with the US and Israeli Governments.<\/b><\/p>\r\n
The KOBE organization maintains a website and two\r\nforums. Intelligence information concerning these websites and forums can\r\nbe found within the Intel\r\nsection of resistance website Break\r\nYour Chains. In an effort to keep their own forums clean, KOBE meets\r\nat the Pakistan News Forum. This forum was seized by the KOBE organization\r\nseveral months ago.<\/b><\/p>\r\n
Close tracking of the activities and IP addresses of\r\nthe KOBE organization lead to the backbone of the Internet itself. Their\r\ncommander, known as KOBE HQ, is either employed by or has direct access to the\r\nservers of UUNET. With this level of\r\naccess, KOBE HQ monitors the online movements of members of the\r\nopposition. KOBE HQ claims to be connected to Israeli intelligence, and we\r\nhave reason to believe that this is true.<\/b><\/p>\r\n
The KOBE website is run by an individual who uses the\r\nmoniker KOBE SBM. KOBE SBM has\r\nregistered his WEBSITE and server under false names. We have information\r\nconcerning his place of employment, but protection of our methods require that\r\nwe maintain silence.<\/b><\/p>\r\n
Other individuals in the KOBE network are employed by\r\nMicrosoft, ADDR.COM\r\nWeb Hosting, and Lynden. \r\nGeographically, KOBE contains units in Georgia, Texas, California, Minnesota,\r\nColorado, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska.<\/b><\/p>\r\n
The KOBE organization has claimed to report\r\ndissidents to the Office of Homeland Security.<\/b><\/p>\r\n
KOBE targets Muslims, anti-war organizations,\r\nindependent news outlets, liberals, socialists, anarchists, and critics of\r\nIsrael. Their primary focus has been to terrorize forum users into\r\nabandoning online criticism of the Bush Regime.
