Unlike the Rose Bowl Parade, crowds and traffic ARE NOT A PROBLEM. <br><br> As a spoof, it&rsquo;s a delight!  A closer look however reveals a deeper and perhaps more interesting attribute.  This grass roots people dominated event in effect is a &ldquo;sentiment barometer&rdquo; that&rsquo;s often humorous in a manner truly specific to the Doo Dah Parade. <br><br> This years Doo Dah in stark contrast to last years presented peace as an alternative to the administration&rsquo;s call to war.
