The lying roommate finally showed up.  James DeMaegt, <br>  <br> the lawyer, questioned.  When James finished, the Judge asked James wasn't <br>  <br> he going to move for dismissal! <br><br> DeMaegt did; the judge dismissed! <br><br> This is the second time Hasan Hasan has been arrested by the Long Beach <br>  <br> Police Department and prosecuted and the case dismissed by a judge in the LB <br>  <br> courthouse. <br><br> Do you think the LBPD will get the idea?
