Most of the street parking is temorarily unavailable and there is no way to get on the hotel property unless you are a guest. Give yourself plenty of time to deal with parking. The directions are correct but at that time of day both the exit and the streets given are packed and there are a lot of lights. An alternate route is to take the I-5 to \r\nCA-1 North "Beach Cities" or "Pacific Coast Highway" follow PCH for about 3-4 miles and then turn Right on Niguel Road. The St. Regis will be on your Left.
