I did no research and no interviews. Please add to the story if you have more than this.

There were probably 100-200 people participating in this rally at the Bonaventure holet in downtown Los Angeles. They had signs requesting a living wage. They were marching at both the east and west sides of the hotel.

There chants were loud and clear in the canyon of buildings. \"Everywhere we go, people want to know, Whoooo we arrrrrrrre! So we tell them, We are the Union, the mighty, mighty, union!\"

I was part of a geography conference at the hotel. Several of us noticed the rally and expressed curiosity and a felling of support with the workers. If anyone has additional information on this it would help so that we could respond to the hotel. Flyers were not readily avalible from the union members.

In solidarity!<\/p>\n","contact":"","link":"","address":"","phone":"","parent_id":0,"mime_type":"text\/plain","summary":"Several dozen people had a loud and spirited rally outside the Bonaventure in Downtown LA yesterday.
