The SPAN (Student Peace Action Network) Youth Summit for Peace and Justice is just around the corner. Its time to get psyched and ready to attend. Activists from across the country will attend the SPAN Summit in sunny Southern California at Claremont Colleges on February 15-17.

The SPAN Summit is an exciting opportunity for student activists to come together, learn and build a stronger movement. All of this is leading up to the youth and student march on washington - April 20, 2002 In this time of war at home and abroad a strong student peace movement is more vital than ever.

We’ve got great speakers and workshops lined up to cover many of the most pressing issues facing student activists.

Plane tickets right now are running at about 200 dollars round trip - but you have to buy soon to get the good deals !! There will be transportation provided from ontario airport and a shuttle bus runs from LA international.
