The show will go on as scheduled again Monday night, but before Tuesday night's popular lesbian show, Ru and other supporters and the club's new management team will try for a showstopper before a very different audience - the West Hollywood City Council.   <br><br> The council has agendaed the Club's appeal of the Business License Commission's revocation of its operating licenses at its January 22, 6:30 p.m. meeting at the West Hollywood Auditorium, 647 N. San Vicente Boulevard. <br><br> Dan Levy, the Club's Community Relations Director, said a new management team including John St. James, formerly of the Revolver Club, is encouraging supporters who are residents in the surrounding neighborhood and the rest of the city to attend Tuesday's meeting. <br><br> In response to the complaints of late-night noise and nuisance by patrons that led to the Commission's November revocation order, the Club has nearly doubled security, including roving private patrol cars.
