I came to university education late in life, studying cognitive and educational psychology with the Open University and have an Adv.Dip.Ed behind my name although I hasten to add I am not a professional psychologist. I am a good listener, so if you want to philosophise or talk about current affairs I am your man.

I also love dancing and get on well with children and dogs. My favourite films are the king and I and the jungle book.

I have a website about watercycling (one of my hobbies) using a floating bicycle that fits in a backpack. I recently had a fun holiday exploring the Amsterdam canals network.
