Grappling for a grasp of the throat of modern America
Slowly cutting off the supply of precious freedom fought for so long ago
Foreigners once flocked, now they fear
Natives once proud, wounded in their pride
A ruthless despot, hell bent on absolute power
Not realizing how far he is traveling back
Traveling to a time when lawlessness was the law
When all was corrupt, when only the rich white man was safe
Free Mumia, we exclaim
