like the City of Los Angeles, the Post Office,\r\n
the rail road, Cal Trans, the Urban League and\r\n
even churches to serve notice,\r\n
sometimes in surprising and alarming ways,\r\n
that outsiders are not welcome.\r\n<\/p>
