CNN+, or the CNN for Spain and Spanish speaking America, realeased two statments from Bin Laden in Al-Jazeera TV: The arabic one and a resumee of that one in English for the English speaking world. As Indymedia is really congested all over the world, I don't know for sure, but I think only Spanish speaking people has seen the real one Bin Laden intented to adress to the no arabic speaking world. See the video in El Pais, reputed spanish newspaper. http:\/\/www.elpais.es\/temas\/crisis_eeuu\/menuc\/menuc4.html<\/a>

It seems to me that by doing this, Bin Laden wanted to avoid translation manipulations, so he made also a statment in english but if nobody (except CNN+) released, this is really the biggest manipulation<\/p>\n","contact":"","link":"","address":"http:\/\/www.elpais.es\/temas\/crisis_eeuu\/menuc\/menuc4.html","phone":"","parent_id":0,"mime_type":"text\/plain","summary":"CNN+, i.e. CNN for Spain and Spanish speaking America, released two staments from Bin Laden in Al-Jazeera TV","numcomment":2,"fileurl":"\/uploads\/","filesize":null,"article_url":"\/news\/2001\/10\/11592.php"},"attachments":[],"comments":[{"id":11593,"heading":"oops the link","article":"http:\/\/www.elpais.es\/temas\/crisis_eeuu\/menuc\/menuc4.html","author":"reader","parent_id":11592,"mime_type":"text\/plain","created":"2001-10-11 09:24:10","modified":"2001-10-11 09:53:16","fileurl":""},{"id":11613,"heading":"That \"English\" version is the translator","article":"Looking at that video link, it seems to me that the \"English\" version is being spoken by a translator, as Bin Laden's lip movements don't match the English voice.","author":"Birrikin","parent_id":11592,"mime_type":"text\/plain","created":"2001-10-11 20:23:28","modified":"2001-10-11 20:59:14","fileurl":""}]}
