They WANTED something to happen so they could go off on their police riots and beat everyone down. They came there ready for battle. It was obvious. Prior to Biojustice, I did have to force myself to realize what could happen as a result of mere attendence at the protest. It wasn't going to keep me away, but it is a sad time when you have to accept the fact that you could be arrested or seriously injured for standing against a defunct system. I would say they overreacted.
