This is to clarify the situation regarding janitors employed by Bergensons Property Services at UCSD. You may have received some confusing and inaccurate information from Bergensons regarding this campaign recently- so it is all the more important that the truth is known and that action is taken immediately to put a stop to this outlaw company's continuing campaign of fear towards the janitors.

FIRST, SOME BACKGROUND

1. In April, Bergensons janitors here on campus began meeting with SEIU on how to improve their living and working standards, and build a better future for themselves and their families.
