From China Radio International- a report on the Japanese response to the US rejection of the Kyoto Protocol; former US defense Minister Robert MacNamara criticizes the US unilateral actions, both military and environmental.

The Voice of Russia has a commentary on Juniors statement that the anti-ballistic missle treaty (ABM) is an \"outdated relic.\"

Radio Havana Cuba offers a viewpoint on why Bush chose Spain as a starting point for his Euro-tour, and a news report on Columbia, where a prisoner exchange does not indicate a true peace accord is near at hand.
