Why and how did this day become so celebrated in the southwestern part of the United States? There are many reasons, but one of the principal ones is its "marketing" by the mostly Jewish owned alcohol industry.

Take for example the multi-billion dollar Jewish brewery by the name of Anheuser-Busch. The corporation which is, presently controlled by August Busch IV, learned that marketing Budweiser beer and other alcohol products to both the Black and Mexican communities could be highly profitable. Thirty years ago, Anheuser-Busch began a highly successful program that included buying the cooperation of national Hispanic and Black organizations and leaders. One consequence of the alcohol's industry targeting of Mexicanos was the slogan "Drinko por Cinco". The devastation to both communities, has in many cases, been worst than the crack-cocaine epidemic.

The Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund (MALDEF) as well as Jesse Jackson's Rainbow Coalition have been two principal ethnic organizations that have been bought by the Jewish owned Anheuser-Busch Corporation. It is interesting to know that the Jewish Mogul Ron Burkle, who is behind the Chicano candidate for Mayor of Los Angeles Tony Villar (a.k.a. Antonio Villaraigosa), also helped set up some of the deals with the Rainbow Coalition, MALDEF and the Anheuser-Busch Corporation.

LaVoz@Aztlan.Net
http://www.aztlan.net
P.O. It would be funny if it weren't so sad.

The noi is an aggressive sect splintered from a sect of Islam that is not widely respected by the mainstream religion, and was founded by a con man, and turned into a sect by a Elijah Muhammad. To its credit, the various Black Muslim groups do significant outreach to prisoners and others who have been ignored by society and *the system*. It's also notable that Black Muslims sometimes convert and become Sunni, connecting the two traditions, and legitimizing the former.

Unfortunately, some of these Muslim groups are deeply anti-semitic, and paranoid in the tradition of European Jew hate. The theories, the paranoia, and the hatred are not based in truth, but on a tradition of aggression against Jews.

Of all the things to mimic, La Voz de Aztlan has opted to copy this vile behavior.

I wonder, perhaps, if this isn't an extension of Christian anti-semitism. It's another tradition which I've only recently learned about. And, people sometimes wonder why I'm an atheist.

These petty hatreds only serve to reduce your world to a small bubble of fear.
