\r\n\r\nYes, it's official: the United States is the strangest country on earth.\r\nForget Hungary. Forget Japan. Forget Paraguay. We rule.<\/p>
\r\n\r\nI was wrong about it being all over on Monday, but not by much. Even\r\nthe most sensible Florida Supreme Court decision that could be expected\r\nhas not been enough to overcome the delay tactics. By my count only one\r\ncounty is now counting ballots based on the reasonably inferred intention\r\nof the voter, which is the nearly universal common-sense test. We are\r\nliving in Upside-Down Land.<\/p>
\r\n\r\nAs we've seen many times already, the pundits make a practice of falsely\r\naccusing their opponents of doing whatever it is they are doing themselves.\r\nNow they are accusing their opponents of attempting a coup, and it looks\r\nincreasingly likely that they will succeed.<\/p>
