But try as I might, I haven't found the location on their website where independent journalists can publish their OWN ads in a similar manner to the way the Voice is posting on IMC. \r\n\r\nSurely the Voice isn't just freeloading publicity on the back of a group of volunteers, right? Becasue that would be irritating and crass. Especially since they've only linked their stories so they aren't actually archived on the copyright-free IMC site. Yeah, that would be sort of obnoxious of them. I'd hate to think that liberal carpetbaggers were resorting to sucking off donated equipment and time.\r\n\r\nI sure hope the next free advert for a story by the Voice includes the link to where we can post on their site. Or at least includes the story. Or at least isn't in all caps.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n","author":"Volunteer","parent_id":2507,"mime_type":"text\/plain","created":"2000-08-19 14:39:56","modified":"2000-08-19 14:56:41","fileurl":""},{"id":2532,"heading":"Give them a break","article":"I hear what you are saying about the Voice, but they are actually printing good stories and are having good coverage about the protests. While they aren't a mainstream paper, a lot of people do read the Voice and take what it say seriously, so we should be happy for their coverage.
