On Tuesday, the LAPD arrested 45 people before they committed any crime. In their own words: \"42 Anarchist Types Arrested For Conspiracy.\" The juvenile arrestees included a videographer and a photographer who saw the group passig by and chose to document them. They were not part of any protests.

They were arrested for camera-possession.

The videographer's tape which documented the events leading to the arrests \"disappeared\" while he was in custody (along with the $70 in his wallet). The juvenile potential-criminals have been released with digital ankle bracelets to ensure they can not leave their homes.
