The video was hilarious, yet at the same time very alarming. Is this the stage they have reached? They must have something very valuable to protect. It certainly is not the people. Are they protecting the huge super-profits of the multi-national corporations that pump money into the elections? The Reckless\r\nDriving charge 23109(A) V.C. was what was used as\r\n\"probable cause\" and allowed(?) them to arrest the\r\ncyclists, rather than ticket and release. This \r\ncharge was later changed to obstruction \r\nof pedestrian traffic.
