Questions arise following the death of U.S. Army scientist Bruce Ivins as a so-called suicide, when the hidden goings on at Fort Detrick bioweapons laboratories may "justify" the need for a scapegoat to blame the post 9/11 antrax attacks on without casting any suspicion on the Bush/Cheney regime who used the public panic following 9/11 and anthrax attacks to launch their Patriot Act and illegal invasion of Iraq..

Report: Israel May Have Dropped Uranium-Based Bombs in Lebanon (tags)

Report: Israel May Have Dropped Uranium-Based Bombs in Lebanon British journalist Robert Fisk is reporting that Israel may have dropped uranium-based munitions on targets during its war against Lebanon. A leading British scientist has found that soil samples in Lebanon show elevated radiation and the concentration of uranium isotopes. According to the scientist, Dr. Chris Busby, there are two possible reasons for the contamination. Israel might have dropped a small experimental nuclear fission device or Israel used a bunker-busting conventional uranium bomb that employed enriched uranium. Robert Fisk reports that a photograph of one explosion shows large clouds of black smoke that might result from burning uranium. Israel has denied the report. However, last week the Israeli military admitted for the first time that it had dropped phosphorous bombs on Lebanon.

IRAQI NUKE SCIENTIST TELLS ALL (No program since '91) (tags)

While David Kay delays a full report over the state of the alleged Iraqi nuclear program, he cites difficulties of discovering the truth due to the fact prominent nuke scientist Dr. Khalid Said is dead. Meanwhile, a "live" Iraqi nuke scientist in Canada has never been interviewed by the US government and remains ignored. According to Khadduri, Dr. Khalid Said held the post that "Saddam's Bombmaker" (Dr. Khidir Hamza) claimed to hold - but is now reported to have only held for six months before being fired for poor performance. How did Dr. Said die? He died in a hail of bullets when he failed to stop quickly enough at an American checkpoint in Baghdad on April 8, 2003. Now the US has sent the scientist with a credibility problem, Dr. Hamza back to Iraq to report on the alleged nuclear program. And everyone knows dead scientists don't talk.
