Long Beach Police murdered a young man who was in shock, injured from a second-story fall, and hallucinating on psychedelics on the evening of May 27, 2015. Moorpark College student Feras Morad, age 20, was twice shocked with a Taser before he was killed by four shots fired in quick succession at close range.
