Hundreds of western men and women traveled to the area outside Bunkersville, NV to stand with Cliven Bundy against federal tyranny. Several reporters from Los Angeles People's Media went to the site of the #BundyRanch #RangeWar to interview the members of the Bundy family about the stand-off. (image/jpeg + 4 comments)

Joseph Pitruzzelli, The Hypocrisy Never Ends.
Angry LA Artist
2014-01-24 7:40 PM
This is a rebutal to the hypocrisy in the blogs at http://woodsmithe.com/blog, where they let a documented liar, Joseph Pitruzzelli, pat himself on the back for his noisy retail nightmare that is helping destroy for the Arts District for the actual artists. (image/jpeg)
The Anti-Artist of LA Arts District Joseph Pitruzzlli, Falsely Praised as "Good Neighbor".
2014-01-23 8:50 PM
This is a rebuttal to an on line article falsely praising Joseph Pitruzzelli for being a good neighbor in the LA Arts District. Joseph Pitruzzelli has been an arrogant self serving nightmare for me and any artist unfortunate enough to be anywhere around his noisy sausage nightmare, Wurstkuche restaurant. Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson have been nicknamed the "Anti-Artists" of the LA Arts District by the actual artist who have been forced to endure their on going torture of the arts district. ALL SET FOR NOVEMBER 11 12th JFAV PROTEST MARCH/RALLY IN HOLLYWOOD
Justice for Filipino American Veterans (JFAV)
2012-11-10 3:57 PM
They Served, they Deserved Benefits.”
The Justice for Filipino American Veterans (JFAV) and its allied organizations announced that they are all set for the biggest demonstration, the 12th JFAV Protest March/Rally in the entertainment capital of the world-Hollywood on Sunday, November 11, 2012 at 12;00 noo at Holywood and Vine intersection.
For the first time, the JFAV march and rally in Hollywood and not in front of the Federal building in Downtown LA. as it usually does since 1997. Arturo Garcia, JFAV National coordinator explained the rationale for the change in venue :
“ The Federal Building in downtown LA is usually closed for the November 11 holiday so all the rallies there are symbolical. Now we will bring it to the eyes entire world an not an empty edifice.”
After the post-election victory of re-elected President, the JFAV wrote an appeal and demand letter asking the president to issue an executive order for full recognition of 43,000 Filipino World War II Veterans and their survivors who for more than 66 years were still unrecognized American veterans.
Post Obama Election Protest Rally
The JFAV stopped the lobby on the US Congress for HR 210 after the GOP controlled House of Representatives refused JFAV a hearing on HR 210 at the House Veterans Affairs Committee last August 2012 even with 96 co-sponsors for the bill. (image/jpeg)
Joseph Pitruzzelli & Tyler Wilson Owners of Wurstkuche Restaurant Lose Defamation Law Suit
An editorial by LA Artist David Goldner
2012-11-01 2:41 PM
Joseph Pitruzzelli & Tyler Wilson, AKA Wilson Pitruzzelli Investments, LLC, AKA, owners of Wurstkuche Restaurant Lose Their Frivolous Defamation Law Suit filed against Los Angeles Arts District Artist, David Goldner
Court Ruling #BC467840 Now On-Line at:
Long time Arts District Artist David Goldner was the artist next door when Wurstkuche restaurant "invaded" the LA Arts District in 2009 and it's owners Joseph Pitruzzelli & Tyler Wilson disruptively began to illegally use an AIR, a legal Artist in Residence loft, as an illegal 24 hour commercial nightmare of a warehouse for their new restaurant next door, Wurstkuche. As their neighbor, David was apparently subjected to constant torturous 24 hour noise, smoke and non stop 24 hour traffic by Wurstkuche suppliers, employees and the owners themselves who dragged banging beer kegs in and out all day and all night long in what was a creative live / work space for decades in the heart of the Los Angeles Arts District.

Labor, Community Leaders Target Wal-Mart September 21
Mark Gabrish Conlan/Zenger's Newsmagazine
2012-09-18 12:57 PM
Neighborhood activists and labor unions are organizing San Diego's biggest-ever anti-Wal-Mart demonstration Saturday, September 22 in the Golden Hill and Sherman Heights neighborhoods. Though the Wal-Mart in Sherman Heights hasn't even been built yet, it's already driving local businesses to close or cut back — and Wal-Mart has systematically refused to make any promises to the community to hire locally or mitigate the impacts of their store. DREAMers confront Sheriff Baca on Deportations, 6 arrested

Thursday, September 6, 2012
LOS ANGELES - While other immigrant rights organizations were getting bogged down in DACA paperwork1--many of them charging for the service--the DREAMers, never content to rest on their laurels despite their enormous accomplishment, realized the necessity of advancing the movement. Over ten years of organizing has made them masters of political strategy, timing being their forte. And last Thursday was no exception. (image/jpeg + 2 comments)
Running Down the Walls 2012 Carrera para Bajar los Muros 2012

Throughout the US and Canada, chapters of the Anarchist Black Cross Federation held simultaneous runs to raise funds for the needs of political prisoners and prisoners of war, as well as to continue to chip away at the system that massively incarcerates impoverished people and colonized people worldwide. Runs were also held at four prisons. In Los Angeles, the event drew about thirty runners to MacArthur Park. There they joined members of Revolutionary Autonomous Communities who were present for the weekly food program, danzantes from Danza Cuauhtémoc, in attendance to bless the run, and supporters from the radical community throughout Southern California. The over $1000 raised was split between ABC to replenish the warchest and RAC to support its ongoing mutual aid and organizing efforts.
(image/jpeg)
