Several years back, there was a large leak that witnesses say smelled like licorice. The state national guard was mobilized to warn people to remove themselves, they also distributed thousands of cases of H20. This was near Charleston, the Elk River and the middle part of the state about rhe size of Taiwan.

The National Guard is involved in this but they need import controls in towns like Kermit, Bluefields, Hutington and the many small towns that hold much more than mining. Small businesses are key and their is national forest and river barges.
